Finally a restaurant where I can eat something else than a salad! I’m gluten free and dairy free! I was there yesterday with my friend and everything was perfect! I ate gluten free fried calamari, heaven! That salad was also amazing! They also have gluten free pasta

We love coming here, the best happy hour on the beach. First time we came, Leticia, the bartender, made us feel as if we come all the time. Now, I can say we do. The food is delicious, ambience is great and Leticia will make your night enjoyable! LOVE Semilla and Leticia, our new favorite place in Sobe!

Food was pretty good but service was utterly terrible. Waited over an hour for entrees to come out and the waitress was so rude, I don’t think she smiled once. Also two of the appetizers we put in never even came out. I would never come back here.

The drinks are super cheap on happy hour which is nice but the food is so blah! I don’t even remember what we ate which is notttt a good sign. Not good, not memorable, & will probably be closed pretty soon.

My South Beach FAVORITE restaurant If you haven’t tried it yet, You are missing out! The food is just cooked to perfection by the French Chef Frederic Joulin. They offer one of the Best Happy Hour in South Beach All week from 6−8pm Tuesday’s and Friday’s until 10pm! They propose delicious finger food made Gastropub style. I would recommend anything on the happy hour menu really, but the shrimp potstickers($ 6)and the Truffle Gluten Free Pasta($ 11) are my favorites Regarding the regular menu I posted a picture, it speaks from itself :) High gastronomy for very reasonable prices If you are looking for a place for drinks it’s also a very good location as they always have entertainment or dj’s Thursday’s cocktails are $ 1 for ladies, unbeatable on the beach! I’m there almost 4 times a week so if you need recommendation on the menu don’t hesitate!

As a Miami Beach local I enjoy finding places on the beach not overstuffed with tourists. This is a great little place that always pleases. The food is good and the drinks are perfect. I try to get there early and sit at the bar. The branzino is great as are all of the menu selections including the sliders. Parking can be a challenge but well worth it to be away from the Lincoln Road mob scene.

Friends wanted to go for all night Friday happy hour. Everything we ordered were greasy, all salads were over oiled and tomatoes were mushy. Either oysters or crab legs gave us food poisoning. We were down for 3 days. Never coming back.

A friend picked this restaurant for her 30th birthday. There were 20 of us. We had to choose from a prefixed menu at $ 49.00. I can never understand why restaurants treat you so poorly when you bring 20 people to their table. First of all there was not one dish worth eating. the«Fresh Florida Grouper,» was a Sysco proportioned frozen horror. And if that wasn’t bad enough it was tossed on a grill, dried out like leather and not a spice or sauce at all. The so called, Grass Fed Skirt Steak,” was prepared exactly the same. Even the Buratta appetizer was chewy. As an organic restaurant they had no natural sweeteners, and no wheat free vodka. On top of a;ll this disappointment, They ruined my beautiful friend’s birthday as they were upset that people were ordering other things off the menu. Most of the crowd was unhappy with the food and then they caused this stress and unhappiness because people wanted to spend money in their establishment. This is a poor choice. DON“T GO… a waste of money. $ 75.00 a person minimal with drinks.

We love this place and come here frequently. The inviting, warm and causal atmosphere is always appealing. A varied menu that focuses on very interesting offerings from across the world never disappoints. For quick bites and drinks at reasonable prices, happy hour is a mandatory stop. And the Friday night Dj sets get the party going for those who enjoy dining in a lively sexy setting

The food here is pretty standard and the restaurant has a fun vibe. Croquettas were my favorite dish to try. Last time I was here the restaurant was full, but not unpleasantly crowded. I have also been here on nights where there is not anyone else though, so maybe it depends on what night of the week you come. Happy hour until 8pm! Took awhile for us to get our food, and service was pretty typically laid back(compared to other Miami establishments).

My friend recommended this place. Very cute, away from the Touristic restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and the cuisine is very good, and prices are fair. I ordered the salmon tartar– very fresh and tasty! The homemade mashed potatoes is delicious! Great for a romantic dinner or a relaxing time with friends. I will definitely come back!!!

I’ve been driving by for some time now and I always see they’re busy so the day after the event at BTW, my fiancé and I decided to give them a try 1) because it was within walking distance and 2) because I told him that it was always packed«it must be good!». So we entered and were welcomed by a staff member, she told us we could grab a seat wherever we wanted, so we did, We saw they offered a great happy hour but they waitress told us it was only for the bar and the outside sitting, ugh! We didn’t wanna switch seats so we stayed at our table and she offered the drinks at happy hour prices :) The drinks were refreshing, I had the Luistito, it’s taste honestly like a Mojito, my fiancé had the Kamikaze as a drink. Since we weren’t that hungry we opted for the Croquetas that everybody on Unilocal talk about and the ceviche. The croquetas were good, they were made with Goat cheese and Serrano ham I believe, but the Ceviche was not good at all. I won’t have this dish again. Somehow the fish left an aftertaste and also the texture was off, maybe it was the kind of fish? I don’t know. So I might give this place another try based on their happy hour deals and stick to simpler foods.

Cozy environment with original design and open kitchen where you can watch how your food is prepared! Special cocktails made by mixologist Nico are unusual but delicious, DRUNKENBANANA made from banana soaked jameson, coconut milk, crem, lemon juice, Diplomatico and Pavan on the top was real experience :) Long happy hour with DJ every Tuesday and Friday, 6 $ for drinks and appetizers — simply great deal! I highly recommend this place

Good food. Good Service. Nice room and lighting. Only complaint is regarding portion size. Now, I get that it’s tapas, but to me tapas means small plates, not tiny plates. Same with drinks — tiny pours. Three stars — «A-OK» is fitting.

Cute little gastropub serving tapas style eats. Dumplings were my fave Cocktails And wine offerings delicious Goat cheese Croquetas were a tad disappointing Bok Choy was an unexpectedly creamy dish but tasty Great happy hour 4 – 10 on Tuesday-Thursday! I will be back to explore more of the menus

Exploring up Alton Road last night & decided to stop at Semilla. Called my eldest bambino & invited him over and while awaiting his arrival sat at the bar & met Melissa our very pleasant bartender/host for the evening. She recommended some starters and I was off to a good start with a glass of Argentenian Canernet on the way. The croquettes, oysters & beef on a stick apps were delish. Tesoro arrived and we then tried the shrimp potstickers which were just ok. A group of FSU college friends arrived so we sadly parted ways with Melissa & joined the group at table for our Rack of Lamb special with a side of country potatoes topped with bacon, cheese & sour cream… Aye MaMa… Yes we both sucked on the bones til there was nothing left. A cozy atmosphere, an attentive staff & a french owner/chef we’re grateful has survived his first yesr amidst the crazy Alton Rd construction project. Loved it and Loved the caption on the wall that read, «Everything begins with a seed» I’ll definately be back & bring my friends!
