I received a wrong order, and when I called back I was told that it was too bad, that it was already made, and that there was nothing they could do for me. A man got on the phone(who claimed to be in charge) yelling and cursing at me. he treated me like trash it was absolutely disgusting.

At dinner price Are Crazy For a fast food style service ! Good is average! To get same food you have fast food places that make you pay as fast food! Once it was not like that! You were able to order pita/laffa also at dinner time! As usual: kosher, expensive and so so service! ;-(

Not worth it. It looks like a fast food joint. You order at the front. But the prices are crazy for what you’re getting. The food is good but there are plenty of other Mediterranean restaurants that will serve you extra sides with your order. $ 22 for a taboule salad with chicken.

Food was just alright. The service is terrible. On top of that they include the tip of %18 automatically. How is that even fair or legal???

Kosher– Unfortunately in the«jewish world» one just accepts a step down in service and two steps up in price. Doesn’t make sense kind of like the political system in the US but hey i pick and choose my battles. The restaurant is a staple in the miami beach kosher community. When you walk around the area its like you are in boro park the miami version. That doesn’t stop the community of all backgrounds enjoying this great Israeli treat. I feel a little bit at home when i come hear as the atmosphere and the food are a few notches away from reality. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and made to order and as authentic as it can get. From the pickeled bar of goodness to the humus tahina apps made just right. IF you keep kosher or love israeli food this place is a MUST. Year there are all kinds of fancy shmancy places but this place is where its at! YALLA

This place was god awful. There’s no one to seat you and it’s very busy, so when you walk in, it’s a huge mess. Waiters’ service is practically nonexistent, so you have to hound them down if you want to order. And my family’s two plates of shwarma came out undercooked — basically raw. When we sent it back to have it cooked, it came back to us still undercooked. Once we finally got the food to a level of edibleness, it just wasn’t good. The side salads and fries were good, but you can get that anywhere. Maybe NYC shwarma has spoiled me, but I didn’t enjoy eating here.

Food very good. Waitress unfriendly. Large portions. Got a shawarma laffa and baba appetizer. Plenty for 3 people. Self serve Salad bar fixings included were Excellant. At first I thought it was pricy but portions large. $ 20 for 3 people plus tip a great value. Large menu. Will be back soon. I would say Levis in Hollywood is Alittle better, that place is a 5 star.

Mediocre at best, maybe. 11 $ for a shawarma sandwich with no fries and I’ve had the fries, they aren’t that good anyways. For 11 $ you can’t add fries? I only come here after it’s been so long that I forget how much I was disappointed the times prior.

Excellent food :)! By far the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had in my life(in America lol). I love the garnishes you can add on to your food or just snack while you wait for the food. Very friendly and helpful staff too :)

Chicks pita was good. Fresh pita. Perfectly grilled chicken. Soup was bland. French fries were stale.

I got the chicken shish kabob platter for lunch and it was very fatty. Very disappointed. I even felt a little sick later in the day.

Really do not recommend going here. As soon as were seated we were told that the shawarma and moroccan cigars weren’t available. Then, then minutes later, we were told sandwiches werent available either. This is at 7pm, not near closing time yet. We ordered two chicken shish kebabs and one falafel plate. The falafel balls were not good. Tasted like they were from a falafel mix or something. The salad that came with it tasted like something was rotten in it. The hummus was average. The chicken was horrible. Tasted old and was undercooked. Barely any seasoning on it. The french fries that came with it were soggy. The bathroom also had no soap and when we told the management they just shrugged and said they ran out. Not acceptable, what did employees wash their hands with?! All in all, I would never come back again. Definitely not worth the money. Go to Asi’s around the corner.

Amazing middle eastern typical plate. The best I have ever had ! And the friendly waitress Terry added to the hospitality Great service from her. The salad bar is included and the pita bread was awesome. Closed on Friday eve.

Excellent quality food, for a good price on south beach. The service is amazing 1. you order 2. you sit down 3. they bring the food to you 4. they trust you to come up to the counter to pay, it felt very welcoming and friendly. I had to charge my phone & employees were all willing to help which made my day… even when i asked to get my phone the manager insisted to please charge it more & take my time, extremely nice. The Hummus was very good quality and was delicious. Look forward to my next visit when in SOBE

I walked in today thinking that I was going to walk out giving this place 1 star, but as always, tasty food always wins it’s way to my heart. I’ll tell you what I didn’t like… the service, the prices, and the ambiance. What did I like — the freaking amazing Shwarma on Laffa bread. Amazing. I walked in, and the place was empty. Since there was nobody greeting me, I assumed you had to order at the cashier, so I did. She wasn’t too helpful or attentive, and assumed that I was taking my order to go(without asking me). I figured I’d rather go ahead and take something to go if I’m not loving the service already. As mentioned, I had the Swarma on Laffa and a coke. It was about $ 17. The sandwiches are the most moderately priced items on the menu — most«plate» items are above $ 25. The sandwich was amazing though — I would even say worth it. It was very tasty and delicious. Could just be that I’m a sucker for a Shwarma sandwich too.

Let me start by saying the guy at the front sat me in the dining room which is horrible. Plenty of seating yet, I am alone and he seats me right next to 3 crying kids mind you there are plenty of other tables available though. Then I ask the waitress for a pita(which is extremely over priced) and I have to move to sit I front of the food line ok, no problem. The owner had just finished eating goes behind to the food line and a Proceeds to pick his teeth since he had just finished eating. So absolutely gross. I cannot believe the owner doesn’t realize he is touching people’s plates and picking his teeth. Amazing! Needless to say I will never go back again.

Delicious food, friendly staff, quick service, fair prices, clean and pleasant. We had split pea soup and chicken soup. The split pea had a bit of cumin flavor which not everyone likes, but I finished it off. The children’s chicken fingers were crunchy and delicious. And a rather large portion which we all shared. I had Moroccan cigars which were piping hot and delicious. My husband was in seventh heaven from the very fresh tasting tabouli salad with bits of grilled chicken. Said he never had better. The other kids loved their burgers and fries. Staff came by a couple of times with big smiles to check if we were happy. We highly recommend this place!

Food is solid Israeli /middle eastern on the beach with other chains is north Miami. Food is tasty but way way over priced. $ 17 hamburger and $ 40 lamb chops and they’re nowhere near that great. Plus it’s a cafeteria setting with no ambience. Everything is kosher and high quality but if not for the convenience of location I would stick to hummus and grape leaves, ordering meat will run your bill way up.

You should go. The food was fresh to order and excellent. 3 not 4 stars cause of the service. They just seemed a bit disconnected; certainly in no rush. Kosher and clean of course
