Office Depot

Great views from their second floor, if you like that kind of thing from an office supply place. They have all the back to school supplies you need. (Except cute animal themed folders not made of paper but rather poky) The staff are friendly and their sale items/​loss leaders are really cheap. Go to the second floor of this location and you will find some more interesting stuff, like rolling chairs and «as seen on TV». Never too crowded and there is always parking.

It is not my first time here. I’ve been coming to this store since they opened. The staff has changed over time but they have always been very helpful.
It is a very convenient store to have on the beach and what is best they can help you with your UPS and USPS priority mail needs.

Poor service, staff has no interest in assisting customers, appeared we had interrupted their personal time.

The location is very convent and the staff is usually just ok. 2.5÷5 I would say BUT TODAY a man named John was behind the check out who was apparently way to cool to speak so people could hear him.
After asking him to speak up 4 TIMES!!! The manager and another clerk finally came and finished my transaction. It has been a while since I have seen such low regard for customer service. This was a person who clearly didn’t like or want his job. Just floored with his disregard for people. I love all people but ghetto is not acceptable!
Besides that the store is well stocked and clean as always. Sad part is it never has friendly people working who actually care let alone go up and beyond.

Total waste of time. Go in. Get the whole pitch. Send over logos, material, etc. Then you call a couple of times, e-​mail a couple of times and nothing. No proofs, response or anything. Total joke and waste of time. Go to a real printer.

I had the worse experience ever. The staff here seemed don’t care. Stay away from this one. Nuff Said!

I love this place. The staff lets me bring my dog inside and they are all super friendly. They could do a little better of job knowing where and more about the electronics. The copier services are horrible and not very fast but amazingly still better than Kinkos. I’m a fan. The fact it is walking distance from my house helps.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Office Depot, and they’re usually my preference.
Not only does this location have a poor layout – impossible to find stuff, and half of it is upstairs in groups that aren’t intuitive – but the service is atrocious.
I needed to make a number of nice-​quality color copies from a file on my thumb drive. When I approached the counter, the three associates standing behind one of the copier sections all made eye contact with me. .. and then went back to finishing their gossipy conversation, not to mention eating chocolate and drinking soda near the machines/​paper. They couldn’t have all been on break, and I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to have food near people’s copies. It was at least 2 – 3 minutes of my standing there politely before someone finally came over and asked me if I needed anything. The associate incompetently bumbled through trying to find the file on my thumb drive (it was the only one on there), before admitting defeat and telling me they were unable to make my copies and that something was wrong with my drive.
On the other hand, I’ll give 5 stars to the Staples at 5^th and Alton. Don’t waste your time at this Office Depot when you could be going there instead. They did everything for me in about 30 minutes flat, and most of that time was due to their giving me free sample printouts to be sure it was the color quality and paper heaviness I needed.
