My wife and I can’t speak highly enough about Rachel and Nutrient Lab. Being new parents and amateur triathletes, having Rachel create a meal plan and point us in the right direction has been incredible. We learn so much about what we put into our bodies and understanding what it takes to complete and excel when we compete in Ironman races has been invaluable! Easily 5 stars!

Highly recommended. There is no doubt she can guide you through a better way of eating by understanding the importance of a balanced diet. She gives you key information that will make a great impact on your meal choices and will form a better perspective of how to eat right. After several years of endurance training, I never took a serious nutritional plan until I decided to go for a 4 week Plan with Rachel. Now I can understand that no matter how much you train, eating right is what really counts!

Rachel is awesome. I’ve always had a hard time eating and staying healthy, but Rachel makes it easy. She’s been instrumental in getting me back on the right track and feeling great about it. I highly recommend Rachel, she gets it. Athlete or not, I have no doubt she can help!

I have visited with Rachel several times. She has helped me tremendously on my way to a better, healthier lifestyle. Nutrients Lab has been the help I needed in getting my eating habits in check. Even though I don’t live in Miami, Rachel has helped me drop 15 pounds so far as my nutritionist. This was the best money I’ve spent on any health endeavor to date!
