This place recently changed name from Cholo’s to Mercado 31. Everything remained the same. Which is a great thing as the food is very yummy however they did great a liquor license so now you can enjoy a pisco sour! The ceviche mixto is very good with an actual nice selection of mixed seafood. The classic lomo saltado is always my favorite main course. I was told they are going into a franchise. Let’s see what happens with the future locations.

This placed used to be called«cholos» The food is really good. The place is always very cold.(verrrryyyy cold) I recommend the ceviche. Specially the grilled ceviche. Is the first time that I try a plate like that and it was very good. The Peruvian beer, cusquena, is really good. We also had causa limenia which is a small cold plate with potatoes with a texture of a cake. It has a delicious sauce on top. The chaufa was good and the portion is big enough for 2 people. I asked for coffee but the machine was broken(honestly I think the waiter didn’t want to make it)
