The food is really good especially the dragon roll! Our server, Natalia, was very attentive and nice. She made sure we had a good time and the best dinner we could have. Its our second time here and we’ll surely come back! Will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Personnel including waitress & Manager were both good hosts warm and inviting and provided excellent service. We ordered just 3 sushi rolls including the House, Dragon & Rainbow rolls which were all excellent but the only thing we suggested was to increase the portions of fish on all of them but regardless they were enjoyable & delicious. Best of all the location is ideal if you want to people watch and listen to music from the restaurant across the way! Perfect for a romantic date night!

From the moment we were sat down until we received our tab, the service has been phenomenal. My wife and I have been catered to our every need. The mojitos, daiquiri and food were delicious. Although Peter has only been the manager for a short time, he has shown excellent customer service, professionalism, and has supplied this restaurant with top of the line staff. I would highly recommend this fine establishment to anyone who wants to fill their empty stomach and enjoy music on the big screen. Also, we saw other food being handed out and the quality of the plating made me want to dine in with them as well! We’re definitely coming back before our last night in Miami!

I was so disappointed with how expensive the food was and how tiny my meal was. I ordered the seafood soup and was not full afterwards. But the food is very good and fresh. However, I do not think it was worth it. There are so many other restaurants on Espanola Way that would give you more food for the amount you pay. The service was not great either. Our waitress gave us our food and then did not come back for a while to check up on us. We were done eating already. The place was not even that busy. Bonus: If you check in on Unilocal you get a free shrimp cocktail. Also has outdoor seating. But probably wouldn’t return here since I was still hungry after dinner :)

Came with a group of eight. Very accommodating. Very nice staff. We were alarmed at first when we walked in because the managment was getting yelled at by customers. Turned out that the customers were just too intoxicated and looking for trouble. The manaagment was very respectful with thier response to the«drunk» yelling. The food was good for the $$. Manager was very assertive throughout the night. Drinks from the promo were weak but we did get a free one because too many were delivered but can’t really complain, free is free. Calamari was awesome!

Ordered the recommended Chef Paella(seafood for 2) for $ 46.50 and it was just ok, as we have had better. Low points were the small portion of rice and the overcooked salmon.

The red snapper was to die for. Would defiantly return. The wait time was long for the food and the server was kinda dry but the food was worth it.

Ordered the salmon risotto, was delicious and perfect portion size. My man ordered the salmon fettuccine and was also very pleased with his meal. Service was prompt and we received our meals in a perfectly timely matter. We were advised the lobster and shrimp ravioli is only 4 raviolis so we decided against ordering.

We came here on our trip to Miami. If you try to go by gps you will have a hard time finding it as there is no driving allowed on the street. The street is basically a block full of restaurants and it can get really crowded. We went kind of later in the evening so it wasn’t bad. When we walked up to Kone we didn’t know if it was open or not, the restaurant was empty and maybe 2 tables out of like 10 were occupied outside. We saw there was a hostess standing out there and we let her know our reservation. Our waitress was the best, really good and let us know about certain things we did not know about the Miami tourist scene. The food was fantastic, the only thing I oils tell the waitress is «I don’t know why you guys aren’t busier». I had the penne pesto pasta with chicken and shrimp, pesto is one my absolute favorite sauces. It was just awesome. This is one of those rare times where the pasta was cooked to perfection. Not at all undercooked and not that mushy over cooked, just right. The chicken was moist and tender and the shrimp tasted really fresh. Just as a note, they charge an 18% gratuity to all checks as this is a touristy part of Miami to compensate for other cultures that do not have that tipping system in place.

Super busy. Server was fine. Not bad, not stellar. Food took a little long to come out. Ceviche was way too heavy, it was made with like an oil or something. Wouldn’t reccommend it. Good mojitos, not the best, but it was good. The BEST was that steak salad though. Best salad I have ever eaten and I’m not even mad that it was $ 17 because it was amazing!

The service was friendly, but the food is hit-or-miss. The caprese salad was excellent, the ingredients were very fresh. My seafood risotto was a bit disappointing since the rice was not cooked throughly; yet, the brownie for dessert ended the meal on a high note. Overall a good experience, but expect to pay the inflated Miami Beach prices.

Came in tonight as a party of five. We were celebrating birthdays and needed a great place to eat. The staff was amazing! They were joking with us and answering questions about local recommendations for clubs and activities. The food was delectable. I got the skirt steak which was cooked perfectly and gave a great Cuban flare with the rice and black beans. My white sangria was full of fruit and stayed cold the whole 90min it took to eat the meal. This is a small gem of a place, and absolutely worth the trip!

Julianna and Julio were delightful. Food was delicious! I had the Salmon and Asparagus with Rice and Capers. OMG, AMAZING! We started with calamari that was lightly breaded and fresh. Not at all rubbery(as it can be at other establishments.) Julianna recommended we try the Brazilian drink Caipirinha, refreshing and just sweet enough. Loved it! Wish we had this restaurant in Katy, Texas. I would definitely eat there a lot. Others in our party had the Red Snapper, the Skirt Steak and the Sirloin Steak– everyone enjoyed their food. Fresh, prepared quickly and reasonably priced. The check for five came to just over $ 200 including gratuity(which is added in.) A MUST visit, if you’re in the area!

We are a party of 8 who gets together periodically to dine out in and around South Beach and Brickell… and boy, were we in for one of our worst experiences in 20 years — though I have to mention the festive atmosphere surrounding Española Way which is always so contagious. However, after a very friendly reception(when we were almost ‘dragged’ into the place… LOL), we sat down and ordered food and drinks to then proceed to wait 45 minutes for any other sign of life: We asked for bread three times before getting any, the drinks took 20 minutes, and when the order finally arrived… 3 of the items were wrong; for which the rest of us had to wait an additional half hour — without even as much as a complementary drink or even an apology from the management(as is customary in other places)! The first batch of food was either overcooked or cold, while the second batch was undercooked and rushed… and among the worst dishes we ordered were: 1. A mediocre seafood linguine half of which remained on the plate; 2. A buttery vongole linguini, the butter nuking the briny juices from the clams(either too much butter or the clams were not fresh); 3. Tuna rolls of a very suspicious color(it turns darker as it ages); 4. A red snapper still tasting of refrigeration… lol; and according to our Japanese-American companions… 5. Sushi rice missing the necessary vinegar to give it its necessary tanginess. If we ever come back I’ll be happier with a glass of water and a few slices of bread; I would like to see them get that wrong!

Location and food was medium. The girl in front of the restaurant wasn’t to obtrusive, like all the other restaurants. The waiter was relaxt and gave us time for our dinner. What I didn’t like was the beamer, playing a movie in the restaurant. And(I know it is Miami Beach but) the food was pretty expensive for what you get.

I would have given this place a 1 but the service and atmosphere makes up for what they are lacking in food. The waiter was very kind and attentive The food was just not satisfying. We ordered a steak which was very bland. The seafood linguini was mediocre. The clams and mussels were basically all shell with barely any meat. The calamari was rubbery. The white buttery sauce was ok. I honestly think olive garden would have been better and cheaper. I wouldn’t go back. We left feeling full but not satisfied. It was a pricey meal and we didn’t get much for it.

Mais ou menos pelo preço. A comida e boa Mas nao excelente.

Wandering down Espanola Way after arriving in Miami Beach, we decided to give Kone a try for a light dinner after all the sign in the window did say«The Best Seafood in Miami Beach» Since their namesake«Kone» items are sushi rolls we went raw with Tuna Tataki($ 11.50) and Salmon sashimi($ 6 for 3 pieces) from the appetizer section. Tataki was super thin slices of tuna on a bed of greens( ) The tuna was dry(!) and tasted a little fishy. The sashimi was also very thin, though not quite as thin as the tuna( ). It was the better of the two dishes.

Leider hat uns das Restaurant nicht überzeugt. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir auf alle Fälle de andere Straßenseite berücksichtigen.
