Jackie Gleason Theatre of the Performing Arts

We came here to see Rodrigo and Gabriela perform and the seating situation SUCKED!
There was no assigned seats. What they had was VIP early entrance, so that you could at least beat the crowds for a good seat. So my husband and I did that, since I was 8 months pregnant at the time.
The problem is that they allowed BOTH floor levels without seats to be standing room only. They should have only allowed the 1^st level to be standing, because of the height difference, you could still see over them. When they let people stand on the second floor level, anyone in the seats couldn’t see.
So we ended up moving out of our seats and joining the standing crowd so that we could actually see better. My feet hurt SO MUCH that evening.
