*My first Unilocal 5 Star!* July 14th 2015– Unheard of Miami Beach Customer Service! The best customer service experience in the city of Miami Beach! Randomly I walked in the business because my BF would not let go the fact my «sometimes I use glasses» are outdated and the other Pair a more modern Michael Kors one is simply chewed by my puppy. Amazeballs customer service and they go the extra mile accommodating the customer!

Home Optical goes above and beyond to ensure you walk out with a smile on your face! I went in for my yearly eye exam — prescription changed and I was hoping for a change in my previous brand of contact lenses. The doctor let me try as many brands as he had available. Once I found just the right brand (the various brands come in sample packs of 5), they made sure they were giving me the best price possible! They beat prices from every other company I’ve ever used to purchase my contacts. If you’re reading this review because you aren’t sure whether to trust this company with your business, let me save you the trouble — TRY THEM, you’ll thank me later. They make you feel like family.

Rachel the owner is extremely pushy, it took more than a month to get my glasses ready and they were not right. when I asked her for a refund she gave me all kinds of excuses, she hang up the phone on me, and said not to come to her store anymore. I waisted 4 months thinking she will do the right thing. I even sent a friend that spent more than $ 700 at her store. I trusted her.
I had to call my credit card company and they reversed the charges except for $ 50 that she intends to keep. I don’t think so.
