I really enjoy the gap body/​gap fit collection which only have a small corner within that big store, very difficult to navigate with my stroller!!! So did not buy anything.
No indication of the elevator. The sales person kept telling me about the wonderful baby gap collection on the 2nd floor without ever telling me how I could access the 2nd floor with my stroller???
Also I saw no indication of the fitting rooms.
So they have interesting clothes but no way to entice purchasing them :((

The worst customer service on all of Lincoln Road from Elisa… Doesn’t remotely make an effort to be friendly nor assist on looking for an article in a different size she refuses to check inventory… I’ve experienced it 4 times now!

Hey! You’re in a hot area and you walk past this store and there they are! Shorts on sale for 40% off! And they had more selection of shorts than any other Gap I’ve been in so… I bought a couple. It’s a nice store but like most of them you pretty much have to fend for yourself but I did get on sales person to help me identify the shorts I had on so I could buy more of them in different colors.
It’s a great store and a bargain considering it’s on Lincoln Road. Heck! While we were walking back to our hotel someone stopped us and asked where the Gap was because they wanted to go!

Recently scored some amazing sales here! Actually got a pair of jeans for $ 7.00 and my husband got a few pairs of shorts at just ten bucks a pair. It must have been their end of summer sale. This Gap is huge… it’s now a flagship store with two floors (upstairs mens section). Keep the sales coming, Gap.

Worst customer service in this store. Seriously, I am not a tourist and anytime I have a return or, a problem this the employees seem to think they own the corporation. I went in to return something that I bought and was damaged. I used my gap credit card, the employee told me I need my actual card to return it. Funny, I buy in your store every week without one and you look up my account. Amazing now that I have a return you can’t look up an account !

A large store on the fabulous Lincoln Road. It has a great selection for men, women, and children with the latest trends. Their customer service is excellent as well.

I know it’s hard to get excited about a Gap, but I could spend waay too much time in this particular one. It’s my go-​to place for the comfiest undies and jammies. Have you felt their supersoft line? I mean, seriously, it makes me never want to get dressed again. They have a great selection and always have stuff on sale/​clearance.

This is a full Gap, Men’s, Women’s, Children, Body. everything.
As always the Gap delivers all the way. The clothing is wonderful, you can find some amazing deals and as always they have great basics. Yes I found ‘the one’ — the jacket I as looking for plus a great scarf on sale.
This store was clean, the employees all very helpful, it was 11:30AM on a weekday so it wasn’t packed so I am sure this was helpful when it comes to service.
