If you have asthma– DO NOT sign up with this medical center.
My doctor is out today and I am having a horrible asthma attack since yesterday.
Over 24hrs without breathing right and they refuse to refill my asthma pump without going in and seeing some random doctor at the time they have available.
They want me to go pay of course, so in the meantime I’m sitting here with blue lips and about to pass out just to not go to the hospital and accumulate more in debt.
My doctor Tolentino is cool, I like her a lot — but I don’t like it that her medical center is doing this to me when they have my medical records and KNOW I have asthma.
No bueno! I feel like they don’t care about their patients.
I’m looking for a new doctors office after this.

Obscene wait times, expensive parking, subpar staff

My primary doctor and nutritionist are here. They have state of the art testing and for someone who has always struggled with weight, this place has provided many answers to my metabolism questions. Besides the staff is amazing.

I love Dr. Gardiner, but this place is a mess. The wait times are obscene and it is virtually impossible to receive answers to your questions if you’re not in the office.

With the exception of the minimum 45 minute wait to be seen (happened on my last three visits) this is a great facility. The Doctors are very good. Considering the scarcity of time with each patient, they are thorough and have good flow of information and documentation.
The office has a great system from check-​in to check-​out but it doesn’t always flow smoothly. Once inside it seems a bit chaotic between the staff and the over crowded inside-​waiting area. They do have coffee, water and snacks to ease the wait but getting patients in and out would even be better.

I went to EliteHealth to try Elite Fit Forever — I had heard that it was really effective for quick, lasting weight loss. Once I got there, they took great care of me. Dr. Tolentino made sure I was in good health and that the program was appropriate for me. Jessica did a great job of walking me through the program and making sure I understood it. And they even checked in on me periodically to make sure I was on track and that I was feeling ok. A month later, I’m down 14 lbs and feeling great! It was so effective that I’m doing it for another month!

My husband and I found Dr. Tolentino on ZocDoc. Got in for an appointment the same day and it was a really nice facility. I had a very short wait time and felt very comfortable with her. It’s also convenient that everything is done right there (labs, X-​ray, etc). I’m making appointments for my husband and sister to see her!

Great place to get a metabolism revving. So so for a PAC place. They r my PAC and I’ve wasted precious hours calling, shooting faxes in their blackhole system ’cause don’t get them, and/​or inquiring where referrals are at specialists to be seen. Two years of wasted time. I got a heart scan but still don’t know how much plaque my ticker. So far no preventative services were provided, except a bone density scan.

Everyone is pretty nice and the place was convenient because they have two locations, one on the beach and the one in Pembroke Pines. I was coming here to receive lipotropic b12 shots. The place is ok, but I feel like the shots were pointless. They were supposed to give you energy and increase your metabolic rate, but it did nothing of the sort. I did like that before I took the shots they did one of those tests where they hook up some wires to check out your heart to make sure that you’ll be ok taking the shots. I had a male nurse and that was a little awkward.

Bought the Groupon for the 15 B12 shots, and while I love the shots for the increased energy and fat burning, the office staff really needs to get their sh** together. Every time I go in for my shot I wait, and wait, for someone to see me (it should really take me 10 min to go in, get my shot, and leave). When I do get into the room, the girl asks me why I was waiting so long… Ummmm… You tell me!!! Not only that, there is a $ 2 fee for parking every time, which goes up to $ 5 if you’re there longer. Each time I ask if they can validate my parking, since clearly I shouldn’t be waiting that long, and they say no. To sum up, the doctors seem very nice and knowledgeable, but the office as a whole is incredibly unorganized since there are too many doctors and practices working out of there.
