To boil it down to one word: RUDE.
Gentleman manning the post was unwilling and arguably incapable of assisting folks with questions and general guidance. His attitude was enough alone to deter me, but as a long line gathered, I was amused at watching his mannerisms. He ignored people of color and turned his back on these individuals to address other folks that moseyed on by.
Example: A woman (of color) was eager to book a session and he allowed another party to reserve the jet skis, despite this lady waiting longer than anyone else I witnessed. In the end, the reservations were booked because he simply ignored her. Truly disheartening.
All in all, I advise this business to reevaluate who they have working the booth. They will continue to lose money and visitations. If you wanted to be proactive, let’s start with his name: Ryan.
Guests of Miami, give your money elsewhere. There are other businesses eager and willing to help you with your needs.

The guy I just spoke to was rude & made clear that he does not care what his company has posted on Unilocal (in reference to the $ 40. Off 1 hr rental w/yelp check in). He will not honor it. I said ‘I am reading it right here: ‘$ 40 off one hr rental.’ He replied, ‘I don’t care what it says, we aren’t doing that anymore’.
That is just bad business, all together. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a company not honoring a current, posted promotion… PLEASE, don’t give this jerk any business! Maybe he will learn a lesson in business & will honor whatever current promotion this idiot has advertised.

what a ride!!! I had th best time ever, yelling from top of my lungs while speeding toward endless horizon. When I came back the instructors seeing my huge grin and wild eyes laughed and said «its nice, isn it?» And I said «Its better than sex and chocolate». so this is how its all happened.
place is located right on the beach little hut with cuties ;) I saw a 20 $ off coupon online and decided to jet ski. just wanted to feel as if I was in one of the Bond movies where u chase crimnals on a jet skis and stuff.
Minimal paperwork, life jacket, precise and up to the point intrustions and u good to go. Jet skis are in excellent condition.
jet skiing itself-is something amazing; that thrill and rush of adrenaline when u go above 35 m/ph crossing the waves and splashes of water hitting u will leave chilling yet very pleasant feeling. huge thanks to the guys who work there, they made the whole rental process smooth and easy
