Burger King

If i could give you a zero I would. Me and a friend got off work and decided to treat ourselves to burger king. My friend was giving me a ride home, so we were two different people with two different coupons we were going to order with. The guy (who said he was a supervisor) told us it was one coupon per car. We have done this on many nights after work. It was 5÷15÷2016 @ 10:50pm. If you read the bottom of the coupon, it does not say one coupon per car. Either he was lazy and didn’t want to complete our order or you hire stupid misinformed supervisors. If you don’t know what you are doing you are either under trained our this is what you can expect from burger king managers who are training employees. So burger king on 5^th street on south beach is incompetent so people beware and check your order before you leave because you cant trust them to even read a coupon with writing on the bottom of it. I do not know if I will be back ever again. So i will let you know what burger king corporates response is because I will be spreading the word on other social media as well.

Another 1 star disaster
Is this corporate or franchised? I stood in line for 10 minutes and NOBODY was taking orders at the register.

Typical Burger King fare but served super slow. I went during lunch hour and they only had one register open and apparently one person cooking. You’d figure management would have this place properly staffed during peak hours.

The credit card machine is down and they didn’t put a sign to let people know. It’s 2016, most people use credit cards. It makes no sense. If it’s down, put up a sign or get it fixed.

Horrible!!! Crap all over the restroom! Literally someone put sh!+ all over the floor. Tried getting a drink! Empty!!! All but orange coke! Waited 20 minutes for the burger!!! Also the parking was packed! Had to pay to park next to the lot while inside there where maybe 10 people at the most!

Totally disgusting and feels 3^rd world. When you walk in you are kinda shocked that this is a Burger King. It has water stains on the ceiling. Broken ceiling tiles. Water dripping from the ceiling right in front of the cashier station. Nobody seems to care about working here and they certainly don’t care about keeping the public dining area clean for customers. You walk in, stand and look around and are afraid to touch anything. Run, don’t walk from here. You are better off getting a quick bite someplace else.

This place is always running out of something. Where it be sauce or common things like eggs. It is hit or miss with this place. How hard is it to do an inventory.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for several years now it’s my local Burger King, and so far I’ve never had a problem from the wonderful employees to the food. That is until now, I noticed there is new management and since then they have been always missing common items such as fries. I’ve asked to speak with the manager on several occasions and every single time I get the same response Michelle isn’t here. The place is starting to look run down the roof is literally falling apart, so Michelle please learn how to run your business or at least show up to work. Hopefully this store can turn around.

This is the worst branch of Burger King ever! Store hours are not posted on the door. They never tell people when they are open for drive thru only.
The manager is the worst. Im sorry but the people who work here as a trashy as the quality of service of the store!
I do not recommend this store at all! There are way much better options around south beach than this shitty store.

How can I give one star and still be here!!! Well I live in SOBE and I am starving! Don’t even know where to begin and wish I was speaking to someone instead of writing! I seriously fear for my stomach when I come here. Something has to give! This place is horrible! The employees are miserable and I am afraid they will poison my food! I will be writing to the BK corp tomorrow!

Vine y pedi una hamburguesa, la atencion fue rapida. Pero, una empleada se puso a barrer en el mismo sitio donde yo estaba comiendo además de eso se puso a sacudir la bolsa de basura cerca mio y a cambiar la bolsa que supuestamente ya estaba llena. Esto es una falta educación además atenta contra los clientes que pagamos por el servicio; cabe señalar que todo esto sucedió a vista y paciencia del mánager que estaba en la caja… Es conveniente dejar en claro que como dice el slogan «EL CLIENTE ES EL REY» conviene dejar esto en claro a estos empleados y recordarselo por si lo olvidaron.

I waited over 25 minutes to get two burgers and onion rings. After waiting the 25 minutes I requested to speak with the manger and upon his arrival he wasn’t apologetic at all. He simply formed me that he was short staffed and that my food will be next. That took another five minutes. After finally getting my food, the sandwich was made incorrectly and the onion rings were cold.
I took the cold onion rings back to the cashier and asked to speak to the manger and he told her I had to wait. I waited for five minutes before I had the cashier request him again. Not only were my onion rings cold, they also had French fries mixed in with them. After showing him this he never apologized, but offered to get me new onion rings. I will never return to this location again. The manager’s name was Leo.

I don’t want to be mean but let’s be honest… this burger King looks like an airport every homeless in south beach comes here with their bags. yet again I understand the purchase something to be in there (well some of them) but let’s be real who wants to eat food when it stinks real bad? Or have a psycho staring at u the whole time. Any how food is sometimes great. it wasn’t today $ 4 for a burn breakfast I’ll post a pic. They charge u for a cup of ice water $ 1.

This Burger King is a joke. The multiple occasions I have been here (craving cheap fast burger) they have tolls me there credit card machines were down ALL DAY. Are you kidding ?? After I waited in the carpool line for 30 minutes they tell me this. And another time after I waited in line inside they tell me this. For having the headquarters here in Miami I have no idea how they let this happen. Get it together you joke of a fast food joint.

The multiple flavor coke machines makes every glass of soda taste like a combo of everything in the machine

This burger king charges 9.5% sales tax! miami beach, fl sales tax is 7%. I confirmed this on a government website. I brought this issue up to the manager and she says «you can call corporate about that» and walks away. Besides the tax rip off issue, they messed up my order. This is illegal what they are doing with the tax in this store. please dont give into this. Wake up people and pay attention to detail!!!

2 cup water limit per vehicle is nonsense. You cant limit something that is free. No wonder there are so many drunk drivers on the macarthur. It is because of bk not letting people sober up!

The only McDonald’s we saw in Miami Beach was closed for renovations. But who needs McDonald’s when you’ve got Burger King?
The BK Whopper not only tastes better than the McDonald’s Big Mac, it’s also a healthy alternative — once you get past the red meat thing:

I ordered a regular Whopper and my wife had a jalapeño-​laden «Angry Whopper».
This BK has the modern-​type, computer screen soda fountains that offer more than a hundred varieties of soda, so we were able to share a caffeine-​free Diet Coke with lime.
My Whopper was well made and tasted great. My wife really liked her Angry Whopper too. The restaurant interior was clean. And the prices were lower than at Burger Kings back home in NYC.
All-​in-​all, this place is a better than average BK.

Don’t really know wth is wrong with every other reviewers. Minimum 3 stars. All meals were accounted for AND they sell beer at 4:21 in the morning. No place better than this at this hour.

Been here a handful of times and you would think I learned my lesson. I must be a glutton for punishment.
This BK probably earned an award for being the slowest on the planet! Both inside and at the drive –thru. This place is always busy and they have ONE person taking orders. Plus today drove the last nail through their coffin. Seriously, how can you serve a burger on a sopping wet bun??? Not only did I wait in line to order, I waited to get my food, then I waited again along with others to return the crap! No lie, there were three other people complaining about their food.
On top of that, the tables are sticky because they don’t clean them. Some people refuse to throw out their own garbage so it sits there forever. Maybe they can learn from the homeless guy that was there. Once he finished his meal, he pulled out a sponge from the bag on his walker and wiped down the table before he left!
