Este lugar tiene las 3 b’s: bueno, bonito y barato… Para mí el queso fundido y los tacos al pastor son de lo mejor… Me encanta la música y el servicio ha sido siempre bueno…

One of my favorite places in South Beach. At first the place appears to be a walk up taco shop, but past the hidden door is bar/lounge with unique craft cocktails. Great place for a large group or just two. Definitely have some drinks first and then get some late night tacos on your way out! Huge variety of homemade hot sauces too(pineapple one was my fav)!

Lindo lugar, bien decorado y bien pensado.

Best Night Ever! I closed out my trip to Miami by going here and I was not disappointed! The lounge area in the back was the highlight. Upon entering the door man gave us shots of tequila.(Oh and there was no cover) I can’t go back the next time I am in Miami! *Full Bar *Mixer of people(old, young, business, hipster) *Music(oldies, 90’s, new, top 40, spanish, r&b, hiphop, reggae) *Restroom(fresh hand towels in the bathroom.) *Hours(open til 5am. * Good Vibes

We stumbled in here upon the recommendation of a friend. Although we didn’t eat, we were sad we didn’t because the food we saw on people’s places looked awesome. We came in the front and went through a back door to the club\bar part of the place. The ambience and atmosphere was a mix of fun, nerdy, trendy, and sexy. We got some cocktails at the bar– they were pretty good but didn’t pour great liquor compared to the prices. We spent $ 28 for 2 low end cocktails. They were fine, but I would’ve be rather paid $ 3 – 4 more a piece for good quality. The real highlight of the trip was the dj. He was crazy good! Mixing lots of music from the 80s and 90s that was familiar to the age mixup in the audience. The place got packed around 1130, it was a blast!

Everyone told me to check out this spot when visiting Miami, and they were so right. Visiting during happy hour you get cheap tacos and drinks, and they’re amazing! Must visit

I went on a Saturday night at 9 pm and the place was pretty packed! As soon as I got my food, I realized why. It was absolutely delicious! I ordered one of the chicken tortas(like a Mexican sandwich). The portion was hefty enough to share with my friends who had ordered a variety of tacos. We couldn’t get enough. The margaritas were delicious too! The only issue was the seating. There are two long tables inside and about four picnic tables outside. Everywhere was full so we stood on the sidewalk near the tables and ate. It didn’t bother us, but may be a turn off to some. As far as the bar inside, the vibe was very cool. You enter through the port-a-potty door, and once inside the area looks like a barn with dark wood walls and floors. The décor includes various couches, a pool table, and a nice, big bar. The night that we went, there was a crowd of people mostly in their 40’s, but it appeared to be an event of some sort. It’s definitely more laid back than some of the rowdier bars on SoBe. Definitely would go back for the food, and maybe to try the bar one more time.

Driven by this place a bunch of times and always looks packed with people. Stopped today for lunch and tried three different tacos, plus an elote(shredded cotija cheese-covered corn on the cob.) I tried the beef taco, chicken taco, and mahi taco. All three were good and met my bare minimum requirement in a taco which is a soft corn tortilla. A little overpriced for tacos, but location can dictate that. I’d say Huahua’s down the street is a better option, but Bodega will likely satisfy as well.

I have been going to Bodega for a while now, and never experienced such a horrible experiences until yesterday.(I hope management takes a look at these reviews and does something about it). It’s a beautiful establishment, but your staff truly makes it ugly. I had just made the line to get my tacos(delicious tacos) before going in bar. I always bring new people to the establishment and suggest Bodega to any of my guest that come to my hotel. That won’t be happening anymore, I can’t believe you have such incompetent people working there. I had just gotten a beer and I pulled out the cooler which my friend had payed for and proceeded to walk to the bathroom. My beer was closed and my friend had to pee so I just accompanied her and worried about my beer after. Well the gentlemen on the entrance next to the taco stand(he was wearing a green shirt) stopped and informed me I couldn’t go to the bathroom until I open my beer. Didn’t really make any sense to me. He told me either leave your beer at the counter unsupervised or get it open by the cashier. I couldn’t quite understand the reasoning behind this. Well I finally just got aggravated called my friend that bought the beer and he went to the cashier and opened it while I accompanied my friend to the bathroom. This is why I was upset, I have a feeling he thought I stole my beer. And I’m sure it was a simple mistake but that is no way of treating a customer. I didn’t steal anything so your judgement was incorrect and you were rude for no reason. If he didn’t feel guilty he would of never came to apologize which I completely disregarded(call me rude). No one apologizes when there right and he was WRONG and felt stupid. I can deal with one prick but 2 pricks; After the first incident I sat down on a table, waiting for my tacos and the security apparently wanted to show his power(a joke). I had no idea if that was his form of flirting but boy was he mistaken. Apparently we couldnt have beers on the table because the table was half on the outside half on the inside. So we had to keep the beers on the part of the table that was inside. And we didn’t have a problem with it, I’m sure he was following company policy. But he would literally bother us every 5 minutes while we are eating to inform us that our beer was too close to the outside. I would move it maybe one inch closer to the inside and he would be ok and then do it all again. I Believe he was giving us a hard time purposely. After the first few times I was like wow he takes his job serious but that was not the case he was purposely giving us a hard time. When the other security guy took his spot the nuisance had stopped and we could continue enjoying ourselves outside. I was appalled by the customer service and I made sure everyone in that establishment heard us. The cops outside were friendly and we told them what the issue was and claimed«they are rude in Bodega». That was Miami beach police. Sad I won’t be spending any of my Money at this establishment again.

Didn’t get to try the tacos since I found out about this place after we already had dinner plans. Headed over to «the bathroom» where a bouncer checked my ID and handed me a shot of tequila. He opened up a port o potty door, where there were urinals on the other side and then wala! You find yourself in a huge bar. It was a Monday night at about 10pm and the place was not very crowded. Music was great(old school hip hop) and the drinks were yummy! I had something with vodka/tea/honey. Bartender was awesome. She asked for my name and shook my hand and always made sure my drink was full. There are comfy couches around to sit in as well as ample stools by the bar. After about an hour it did start to get lively. Awesome crowd. Not the Miami club snobs. By the time I left around midnight the place was packed. Great place to come with friends. I need to get back there and actually try the tacos which I hear are really good. Thanks to the doorman at the Nautilus Hotel for recommending this place!

What’s better than a Mexican restaurant with a secret entrance to a bar in Miami? Nothing. This place is fantastic to go with your friends, you will have a great time and enjoy amazing tacos afterwards! It will be a little crowded around club hours(be ready to stand in line for a while after 11 pm) but trust me it’s worth it. Once the bouncer leads you to the blue door be ready to make friends instantly. Wear comfortable shoes you will be dancing a lot. Love how they play a variety of music; from 90’s hip-hop, to house, to Spanish! Drinks are at a reasonable price with reasonable alcohol in it ;) If you still up to try any tacos afterwards or another day order one or two of «Al Pastor» which are AMAZING! Or better yet order one of each of the most popular ones from the menu which is what my friends and I did. Chips and guac on the side are a must too. Guac is off the chain! Ugh, just thinking about it makes my mouth watery. Definitely my go to place in Miami Beach at the moment.

Terrible. We asked if we could leave the club to have tacos and staff said yes. Once we left we were kicked out and they wouldnt let us back in. Our tap was opened amd our card was in the club, even though, we were not allowed to get our card. Most weird and disrespectful place I have ever been to. If you want to feeel like an idiot, just go there. Disgusting.

Everything about this place is yes. Want heavenly food? Get the chicken clasico. The burrito was left on the grill for the perfect amount of time and the chicken was sooo tender. The salsa verde inside the burrito gave me the chills. I had 4 of my friends take a bite to make sure it was indeed as good as I thought it was, and I thought I’d never get my food back. The oreo churros and nutella dip rounded off a great meal. Then came dancing! We crossed the threshold of a port-a-potty door in the back of the store and, after a generous bouncer kindly fed us all a tequila shot, stumbled into a speakeasy-style bar and dance floor! The music was great, and the clientele was dancing to the beat! The absinthe drink I sampled was really good, but I was too busy enjoying the atmosphere to focus on it all. Fantastic food, fantastic drinks, fantastic time!

Our second time in Bodega but our first time in the speakeasy bar in the back. We had a great time trying delicious cocktails made by Brooke, who was friendly and knowledgeable. You have to go passed the taco shop to get to the nice bar in the back but once you are there… Wow! Beautiful place with beautiful people. We came in on a Saturday night a little bit after 8pm so we missed the happy hour but Brooke made us some delicious libations that were worth every penny. It was not crowded but as the night went on it did get a good amount of people in. The ambiance is super chill, however, I saw a a Dj stand in the middle of the lounge so imagine it gets popping later at night. I need to come back for that! I will defenitely come back for tacos and great cocktails especially during happy hour.

Our Airbnb host recommended Bodega Tacqueria for tacos and boy am I glad she did! As soon as we landed, we dropped our bags off and walked over here for some nourishment. When we arrived I was surprised by the crowd and impressed with design. It’s like an old garage with a food truck and a port-o-potty. Although that doesn’t sound like a place you’d want to eat, it’s actually not as disgusting as it sounds. You place your order at the«food truck». I love that they offer traditional tacos, in addition to the new age specialty tacos. I believe I had the el pastor and barbacoa. Both good, I enjoyed them. I had an order of the guacamole as well and loved it. Seating is limited, so keep that in mind on a crowded day. As we were eating we noticed a line forming at the Port o Potty. The DJ was playing a good variety of EDM, hip hop and 90’s classics that we could hear from outside. I kindly asked the bouncer about the bar in the back. I was interested in checking it out, but didn’t have on the proper attire in comparison to others, but he kindly let me in anyway. The entrance way is port o potty themed, coupled with some urinals for authenticity. For a second, I actually thought i was in a restroom. Once we stepped inside I felt like I was at a secret bar! The bar is triple the size of the eatery in the front. The design changes to a more rustic feel, but it’s very well executed just as the front. There’s a pool table, a massive bar, sections and a dance floor. We took shots of tequila, danced by the bar to good tunes and even rubbed shoulders with rapper and Avion sponsor, Young Jeezy. It was a pretty fun, random night. I came back to Bodega Taqueria twice more during my week visit in Miami. It’s definitely be a place I visit whenever I’m in town.

While I don’t understand what the hype is surrounding this place, they do make some good tacos! Their menus is pretty basic, with a few vegetarian-friendly items. My favorites here are the Shrimp Po Boy and Hongos tacos. Add some of their green and/or black bottled sauce and you’ll have something pretty delicious. It is slightly overpriced with bare bones service for what you get, but in the very least there is consistency in what they serve. This isn’t, however, the best place to go if you’d like to chill and actually have a conversation with someone, just an fyi.

Dope music, cool crowd, and strong drinks. The club portion of Bodega was really cool. The décor is fantastic and really adds to the speakeasy ambiance. It’s all dark warm colors, wood, and leather. There are couches, a big mantel, and paintings like an old library. You really feel like you’ve stepped into another world when you’re in there. It was great for dancing and everyone was just having a good time. It closes relatively early, so it’s not a late-late night spot like some other places, but it’s definitely some place should end up when you’re out. Didn’t try the tacos outside but I’ll have to next time I go. Sounds like they’re pretty tasty.

Awesome neighborhood divebar-lounge with no VIPBS you usually find in South Beach. Awesome taco selection although special requests have always gone unfulfilled for me(ordering without onions). No matter, the tacos and burritos are good enough you still come back and just pick out what you don’t like. When you finish eating, head through the bathroom door in the far right corner and through to the bar in the back. They’ve got a great menu of artisan drinks, some very unique combo’s and excellent bartender skills to serve them up properly.

Review is for the lounge only! Also, I came here after several hours of happy hour elsewhere, so my impressions were a bit fuzzy! I loved the murals on the outside; thought the«hall of urinals» to get to the lounge was weird. My friend and I arrived early enough(9-ish on a Friday night) that there was no line, but there were plenty of people inside. The music was great as is the vibe inside! There is room to sit comfortably, or dance, or play pool, so there is something for everyone. I thought the staff was friendly enough but the drinks are expensive. I picked up a round for me and my friend. One beer and a Bombay on the rocks was $ 25. I’m not sure I’d make this spot a regular stop(mostly just because I’m not that into bars), but I would definitely say YES if I were out already and someone suggested it!

I went here for the first time on a Saturday night and was truly amazed at how cool it was. When I first entered, I thought that Bodega was simply just a taco shop with a bar. That is what it looked like from the outside. We walked around and we’re finally asked for our IDs. He was just sitting on a stool against a wall so we were slightly confused. After he checked our ID’s he opened the secret door which led to a hallway lined with urinals. There was another secret door that lead to a hip back bar adorned with antler chandeliers and wooden accents. The drink menu was great. They had a few craft beers and some specialty cocktails. I had a Fat Tire just because I felt like having a simple beer, but the Peach Fuzz sounded like it would be awesome. I will definitely try it next time. I also had the Calamar Frita taco which was just ok. The calamari was over battered, but the sauces were good. My favorite part about Bodega was the atmosphere. It was a great chill addition to South Beach with its old school music and dim lighting. There is also a pool table and plenty of space to dance. If you want a chill, hip night out, Bodega is the place to be.

So my review will be on the food&venue since I came here for lunch. Food: Yummers! We had the quesadilla, chicken burrito and the cheese sticks for an appetizer. It’s obviously not called cheese sticks but I forgot the proper name. Either way everything was delicious! I even went back for a taco! Dranks: We also decided what the heck, let’s try their drinks out. I had the Mexican French Kiss and boy was it good! It was very refreshing and if you’re a lightweight all you need is one. The drinks are pretty strong. Venue: I absolutely loved this spot. When you first walk in its just a small taco shop with seating outside and a few tables inside. Then you go through another door and there is a huge bar/lounge in the back. The bar is filled with fresh ingredients and the bartenders def know their stuff! I’ve only been here for lunch on a Sunday but I do plan on going back to experience the night life at Bodega.
