Customer service here is nonexistent; the male attendant in the dressing was too busy trying to lamely flirt with a tourist to help me with my clothes. Then the girl at the register hates her job so much it’s palpable through her sterile tone — she had way too much attitude for a return process.

I can attest to the horrendous customer service I experienced here as well. The girl at the register audibly huffed about having to do an exchange. She literally asked me how much I paid for the jeans I was trying to return and exchange for another pair. Mind you I had already handed her the receipt. So much attitude for a simple exchange, where the receipt was there, tags still on jeans. All that was missing was her rolling her eyes. I get that this is Lincoln Road and customer service doesn’t exist, but this was just outright rude. Won’t be returning to this store and I don’t recommend it to anyone. The employees hat their jobs and treat customers with outright disdain.

My first time at American Eagles. I am stopping to buy 1 pairs of jean. Thanks to the friendly Robin, I bought four pairs of jean.
Robin seems to be the only one really do the running around. She helps multiple customers at the same time and even manage to check them out herself.
Excellent at multi-​tasking, friendly and detail.
