Can never find a employee to help. Not very large selection of items like other target stores.

Need a cell phone case? Not an iPhone user? Don’t waste your time. Apparently us second class citizens who make up the majority of the cell market aren’t worth Target’s time, not even flagship owners.

If I could give a zero I would. Tonight I was in a rush and needed to grab two things before they closed. I quickly came in to the section that had what I needed but couldn’t find what I was looking for. No matter so I moved on to the next thing. Still nothing. On my way out, I hear this women hollering… Sure enough it was an employee shouting at the employees telling them things to do. Then another women proceeds to holler back about these girls that hadn’t left yet. While laughing she says, «they didn’t even have anything…» Mind you I’m right there attempting to leave quickly because I myself work and understand the desire to go home after a long day of work. However as I’m leaving this woman starts to ask me questions about needing things and pushing me out. Then as I say no thank you and leave, I hear her and the other employee laughing at me and saying things like«well okay.» If I had a business, I wouldn’t want either working for me. Perhaps these employees could use some lessons in proper manners and kindness and TRUE hospitality when it comes to retail. Proper etiquette for being an employee is showing a certain level of decorum that includes NOTYELLING or LAUGHING or COMMENTINGINFRONTOFGUESTS.

I buy my shirts from this store 98.9% of the time. The staff has been helpful to me, but sometimes they’re nowhere to be found :/

Good luck finding an employee to actually help find something. They just point in the general direction… IF they even speak English and understand what you’re asking. Salem had a much better Target and tax-free.

Rude staff. Filthy store. Had to go through three employees until I found one who spoke English. Then when I found one who spoke english, I asked the name of the manager of the store to express a concern to, and they claimed not to know his name. The only upside to this one is that it has a Starbucks inside, but I waited a good four minutes with no one in line in front of me for the girl to even look my way to take my order, and since she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my existence, I left without buying anything. Will not be back

I love this Target! It’s right off Route 213 off 495, which is convenient. Love the dollar section and the selection of stationery like I do at other locations. What sets this one apart are the people who work there. There was one cold, windy night recently where we came in RIGHT before they were going to close to check the TV on DVD section. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they did not make us feel rushed. The staff who was working in electronics not only helped us look for what we wanted, but he volunteered to look it up on the system to see if it’s something they carry. I appreciate how they went above and beyond, even though you know they must have just wanted to go home.

I didn’t realize that there was an orchard right around the corner from this location. As soon as I clambered out of my buddy’s truck, ooooh boy did I notice the scent of manure! Of course, being off-season, there’s a lot of that scent everywhere, but it wasn’t what I was expecting in the dead of winter. Luckily, we parked pretty close to the entrance, so dashing into the store as quickly as possible wasn’t a problem. We’d showed up around 7PM on a Saturday evening and the lack of staff was evident. I waited at the Customer Service /Returns area for a good 10 minutes before an associate appeared. She was just returning from her dinner break, so I understood that much, but I didn’t expect to wait for such a long time before anyone noticed that I was there. Doesn’t Target have an extremely comprehensive video security system? Was no one monitoring the live feed? I was doing a return so I gave the associate all the things I wanted a refund on, but the associate wasn’t detail-oriented enough to process my return in one sitting. She ended up splitting the return into two receipts(4 items’ worth of stuff) because she’d forgotten where she put half my return as soon as she started to process it. I think some training is due here… Other than that, checkout was smooth and we were done within 20 minutes. Wal-Mart’s down the street — I think I’ll go there just for the lower prices.

I go to Target, a lot. This is the one I go to. The staff is helpful, its always clean, they have a great clearance and clothing sections. It’ll be a sad day when I no longer live 5 minutes from it.

Everyone needs something. And that big apple orchard sold itself to Target. And moved next door on more land.

This big box is set to open on October 14th. Target cut down a big beautiful apple orchard to build this store. I think I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.
