As a long time customer i m sad to say I think I’ve gone to my last appointment at Spa NiJoli. I just has a spa pedicure that was not even as relaxing or good as a small in and out mall front nail joint. The staff providing services are all friendly but it has gotten harder to get appointments over the last few years. The front desk is clearly struggling to multitask answering phones, along with dealing with the service team, and checking people in and out. You used to be greeted right away now you wait awkwardly to check in and out. The stress of this shows with the front desk team as well. Parking is often crazy due to the busy gym. The service quality has reduced as well. They were great when they were a little smaller. They are still way better than other nail places, spas and salons nearby but they are no longer worth the money they charge in my opinion. I come for treatments to relax and I no longer leave feeling refreshed so its time for me to move on and find a better fit.

I’ve been going here to get my hair done for over 5 years. I’ve had numerous stylists and they have all been great. I currently see Lindsey and she is fantastic. I travel outside the city to get my hair done by her. Definitely recommend this to all my friends. I’ve gotten massages and facials here as well, the spa is really nice as well.

Got a shampoo and haircut a few weeks ago. My stylist was Connie. I had a great experience! I don’t typically go to a full-​service salon, but I was so satisfied with my experience and the quality of my service that I might even become a regular. Would definitely recommend!

This is THE place I go and get my massage, hair, mani and pedi done. I’ve been using their services for the past 10 years. They are absolute pros and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Pricing-​wise, my daughter and I use the series that offer great discounts most of the time. Definitely great deal for the consistent high quality services we receive!
Christina, Yenny (pronounced as Jenny) and Esperanza give deep tissue massages that my body simply dies for.
For hair, I love Veronica’s haircut and blow dry and have always get great compliments from her work. She also made me feel welcome and beautiful all the time. Amanda and Kelly are also great with my hair too. Lovely pros!
The pedi stations were recently replaced and all the Nail Technicians are awesome. But, Alyssa is my all-​time favorite! She is so creative and efficient! She is meticulous and can literally do any nail art from a picture.

Updating my review for this spa’s amazing customer service!
After leaving my first review, Ashley, the spa’s client guess services manager contacted me. I was out of town and we basically continued to play «phone tag». When she couldn’t get ahold of me, the owner replied to my Unilocal review and wrote me a private message. Ashley called me back that day and invited me in with a different esthetician for a complimentary wax. She explained that the esthetician was not scheduled to stay on the date I chose but she would ask if she could fit me in.
I got a call back from Ashley informing me that Christine, the esthetician would be able to fit me in. I was very grateful and impressed.
Got to the spa, saw Ashley who was very welcoming and nice at the front desk. Christine was AMAZING. Very nice, professional, and comfortable. The job she did was outstanding and I am very pleased.
The level of customer service this salon/​spa has is amazing. Christine gave me her card and wrote down her hours for me. I will definitely be back in every month to get a wax from Christine.

Ambiance is cozy. There is camadrery between stylists. The hostess are super friendly and offered to take my bf and I our coats and offer tea/​wine.
I came in with a fix me upper. Had a friend line up the back of my A line but jacked it up with a chunk of my hair stickin straight up. Thankfully my awesome stylist Jessica scissorhands* blended it out with soft layers (included wash & blowdry = $ 45) and made me feel like a doll. Mad love from San Francisco, Caliii :)

Spa Ni Joli is great ! The low rating reviews are questionable on here. I get if you don’t make a lot of money, or you have a family etc you may not have a ton to spend; but for me I’m young & have a 6 year old do you pick and choose where you spend your money.
Hair is important to me ! It’s a first impression, and I want to look fabulous ! Spa Ni Joli makes you look and feel just that ! Friendly staff up front, and all the stylists are awesome. & FYI people EVERY salon has price differences between stylists not just here. You get what you pay for, I believe.
I’ve seen Amanda for years and I absolutely love her ! She give you exactly what you ask for, and will give good tips !
I recently saw Kelly for a wash & blow dry, LOVED it ! I have long thick hair so any time someone else can do it, I’m all for it.
I’ve also gotten my eyebrows done here tons of times and the service was always spot on.
