For the third day in a row I’ve ordered a vanilla chai and it was ice cold. Obviously not steamed. Then big chunks of chai mix floating (since ice cold). I’ll be going to Pelham St DD from now on

The workers attitude can and should improve they are nasty, um hello we are the customer, And this is how I got my sandwich this morning! Umm where’s the egg oh yeah it’s at the bottom of the bag!!! This is why you will get a one star!

I don’t know why corporate management hasn’t done something with this location. By far the worst DD I have ever been to. First you are in line at the drive through for what feels like forever. Doesn’t matter if there is one car or six cars ahead of you. Then when you get to the order speaker, you still need to wait. Only to get to the window and be asked again what you ordered so they can now make it. I avoid this DD. To bad it’s close to my home, but I’ll drive to a different one to save time

There’s no reason for them to be so slow. They just don’t care. Slowest drive thru in the world. 15 minutes to serve 3 cars. Never again.

Person taking order was too low to hear and we had to keep repeating the order multiple times. However, they got the order right and served it in a timely matter.

They take wayyyyyyyy too long more than half the time. A couple of times I’ve heard the employees bash customers thinking no one around understands what language their speaking. I also got rudely spoken to because they girl thought I said 2 coolatas when I clearly said 1 small strawberry but whatever there are a couple times I do go and it’s runs smoothly

This DD is w/​in 1 mile of my house, but I choose to drive 7 miles away to a different DD because the service at this one is horrendous. The staff is very near rude and extremely slow. If you want an Iced Coffee… order a hot coffee, by the time you get it, it will be cold. Its almost as if the GM at this store is trying to hire only the most useless staff possible. I’m glad there are many other options than this crap on a cracker of a store.
