The worst experience I have ever had in my adult life. DONOTGOHERE! Bring your kids else were. The visit was during the summer last year and will live with me and my family for a long time. Long Long time. My daughter and wife went into this seise pool of germs and bacteria leaving me and my daughters certified K-9 support dog in the car. A few minutes later my wife texted me that the place smell bad and that to she had no money as her purse was in car. I doing the right thing bring in my dog just for a few seconds I think to drop off money and leave. I get stopped at the door by a young male he tells me no dogs I show him my dog is K9 support he’s allows my permission to enter. Then a few moments later a female manger comes running out straight out yelling at me. I wanted to show her my paper work but she never allowed me to. I called the cops and filed a complaint with the corporate office. This place is really bad! Every time we have gone in we need to go see my daughter’s doctor because she gets so sick. The staff is young and being«lead» by a management staff that acts younger then my 5 yr. old. Go to the trampoline park save your self the visit to a doctor.

So my 20. year old brother wanted to feel like a kid and we had his bday party here. The party hostess was very nice but many of the games were broken. The bathrooms were not the cleanest I have ever seen. It was fun for the joke that it was meant to be for us adults but the broken games might upset kids and the dirt might worry parents(although thy do have sanatizer stations but one again was broken) the party was fun overall but they were def some kinks

We had my son’s 5th bday here. He had the time of his life. However, we waited 15 minutes for our party host to arrive. He was gone for extended periods of time at time. I wanted an unsweetened iced tea. They had the tea but no diabetic sweetener(and I wasn’t picky about the brand). When I asked for some(thinking it just out on the floor) I was told that they didn’t carry it & gave me a look like it didn’t matter. For the money we spent I’d expect slightly more from a national chain.

Horrible over priced birthday experience! Period!!! Had to remind waitress what comes with our birthday package and what we needed! Spent over 600 $ for a bad birthday experience! No music, no birthday song, terrible!

This place is crazy, I don’t know why my nephew insisted on having his party here but he did, o wait because he is 6. This is a wonderful place if you fall into that precious, and noisy age range between 3 and 10, otherwise it is a complete headache maker. And a lot of the time the parents are the worst offenders. I have never been pushed around by so many adults trying to get their kids on 25 cent/one token rides! It’s like these people lose all sense of sharing and good nature and come here and push everyone around so their kid can play skee ball or ride a mechanical horse. And none of them are apologetic about it. The staff was great and I give them props for doing what they do everyday. The food was really good surprisingly and the cost was right. A great place to hold a party for kids in the winter time. Thank god mine were born in the summer time. All in all a good time.

Very noisy!!! The pizza is a little too limp for my taste. My nephews love the place. Good place to bring the kids during school vacation.

If you have children, you’ve probably heard of Chuck E. Cheese. This local is the nicest one I’ve found in our area. Its clean, well designed and never seems over crowded. The pizza is good, even without cheese, and you can let even some of the littlest children run around without worrying since they stamp you and your child’s hands when you enter so you can’t leave with someone else’s kid(as if you’d want to). The arcade caters to all different ages, and certain games produce more tickets when you win than others, so of course those games are the busiest. One disappointment is that the prizes for the tickets are so cheap that even my 7 year old is getting impatient with the choices. And that’s with converting over 300 points! Another for the parent(my child doesn’t think so, though) is that the place can get loud. Overall it’s a fun few hours with which to reward the kids, and to give yourself a break.
