This is not the type of business that one «frequents» (hopefully) nor a service one will need often. I think that it is acceptable to set a high standard for the service one would receive in their time of need. That said, there were certain minor goofs that show a lack of attention to detail which I found disappointing.
Maybe I am just a still a little tender. I will revisit my thoughts later but for now I will stick with a 3 star review.
