Yo. Their chicken and biscuit game is. Like its so fire. They could have better lighting tho.

Worst service of any Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever experienced. We came in at 9 pm. 15 minutes later I flagged down a busser to order drinks. Our appetizer was cold. We’ve been waiting 40+ minutes for our entrée.(Still no dinner or explanation so far) I don’t know if the staff is lazy or just doesn’t care. I worked for Cheesecake in FL10 years ago; I remember my training to this day. I don’t know that these folks were trained the same way. The food was tasty, but only eat here if you have 2 hours to waste and you possess the patience of a saint.

I would have to say good food and good service on Friday. April 8th2016. Our waiter Andrew B. Was pleasant and very attentive. The red crush grapefruit cocktail was wonderful out dinner plates were delicious the Thai salmon with rice was good. The rice good have been cooked a little longer. My husband and daughter enjoyed their dinner. And we all shared a lovely cheese cake with fresh strawberries.

I was actually pretty surprised by Cheesecake Factory. When someone mentioned we were eating here for dinner, I wasn’t super excited. I didn’t really know what to expect from a national chain, but I kept an open mind. We came on a Thursday evening and the place was PACKED. Seriously, there was a 20 minute wait and I was pretty surprised. I guess because it’s attached to the mall it gets a lot of action. Anyway, after waiting for a bit we were seated and given the huge super long menu they have. It pretty much has everything on here you could want from burgers and fish to ribs and their version of Thai food– no kidding. I decided to get the fried catfish which came with sides of mashed potatoes, corn and green beans. When the food came, I was immediately impressed by the portion– three good sized pieces of catfish and generous amounts of sides. The fish was cooked nicely with a thin crust and had a good flavor. The sides were okay– my favorite was the mashed potatoes but I could have done without the green beans as they were a bit under cooked for my liking. All in all, dinner was good and more than I expected from a chain. Since we were at the Cheesecake Factory, naturally I had to try some of the good stuff. I got the Hershey’s Cheesecake and not only were they generous with the portion, but it was delicious! It was basically a chocolate bomb and I had to stop myself from scarfing down the entire thing. As for service– our waiter was a bit slow, but that was only because the dining room was full. The guy was still very sweet, so it wasn’t a huge deal. While I wouldn’t rush back to Cheesecake Bistro, I wouldn’t balk if I ended up here for dinner again.

This is not the place that Leonard and Sheldon go on Tuesday nights and Penny waits on them. This place is waaaaaaay busier and much louder. Ok so the server starts us off with free bread. 3 different styles of bread which were pretty good but came with cold butter. WHY do restaurants do this? You can’t spread cold butter!!! Anywho. I started to look at the menu and was instantly overwhelmed. It has more pages than the King James bible! My daughters ordered their food and then I felt rushed so I just ordered 2 apps. I got the Tex-Mex eggrolls that were ok but got kind of greasy and a chicken quesadilla. Again just ok. The girls seemed to like their food. We then ordered cheesecake which is good. I got the banana something or other and it was… banana-y. There is every kind of food imaginable here which usually means they do no one thing great. I believe that to be true. The place is always packed and there is always a wait, and it’s not worth waiting for in my opinion. It’s also really expensive. I know I got dessert but lunch for 1 adult and 2 teens shouldn’t cost over 100.00 in a place like this.

This place just isn’t worth the wait and the price. The big menu means there’s something everyone in your party can find to order. Almost everything I’ve ordered has been decent but nothing’s been spectacular. Service is hit or miss. The Thai salmon and chicken bellagio pasta are the best dishes I’ve had here besides the cheesecake. This isn’t a place I’m in a rush to go back to.

I love the Cheesecake Factory but this one is something different! The silverware were dirty and we had to request two different sets. We ordered the Santa Fe salad which we love and always get. It was mostly Lettuce stems :(and had no Parsley! Also we got«break bread» welcome and our drinks awhile the appetizer! We were very disappointed:(

I have been to a Cheesecake Factory restaurant or 5 in my day and generally really enjoy them. I’d go as far to say they are my favorite chain restaurant. BUT… this location is severely lacking on all fronts. When I walked in the door, no wait the hostess was off in space and then started screaming at a woman across the way… over and over«MISSLORETTAMISSLORRETTA» who also apparently was good at ignoring people so the hostess was forced to do her job a seat us. The restaurant was pretty empty so we had a choice of seats but the hostess tries to put us right in front of the bathroom. I kindly said would it be possible to sit away from the bathroom and she said oh. how about here… the table also next the the bathroom on the other side of the entrance. I wuzzz like ummmm is there a difference??? UMMMAAAWWAAAYY from the bathroom in your empty restaurant pahleezzz. Next our waiter greated us and was nice although the drinks seemed to have been forgotten a few times and we got that look from him(you know the one) ohh YEAHH… their drinks. That nice. yet forgetful attitude carried it’s way thru the meal. Finally the veggie melt I ordered came out and half the ingredients such as avocado, goat cheese artichoke, roasted red peppers were not on the sandwich and I guess they figured they could just put mushroom, zucchini and bell peppers instead. Not that it couldn’t be a nice sandwich but I hate mushrooms and it’s not what the ingredients listed on the menu were. I went and grabbed a menu and showed the waiter what I had ordered and showed him the sandwich. He was like Ohhh did u want them to remake it? Yes. yes I do. 30 minutes went by and no sandwich and finally just told him I needed to go. A manager of sorts came by to apologize and said he would bring the sandwich right back to go and take it off the bill I said ok. 10 more minutes the waiter comes back and hands us the bill but still no sandwich. Finally got it and left and went home. Checked the box when I got home and although it was closer to the menu description it was still not as described on their menu. I even mentioned it was my birthday and you would think maybe they would do a little something to make it a little less horrible. NOPE! Id hate to see how this branch operates when they are actually busy. They defiantly need to work on things. Happy birthday to me!

Place is a hit or miss. I enjoy going here with my friends and ordering the grilled salmon plate for lunch or dinner. That being said you’ll never know what kind of service you’ll get. I had pleasant and not so pleasant experiences. Not very consistent with how hot the food comes out too. They offer a complimentary bread basket which is nice while waiting for our food. A waitress came by to give my friend and I our cheesecakes and when we asked for a separate bag, she gave us a slight attitude followed by carelessly dropping it on our table. Her behavior was uncalled for.

The last we visited Cheesecake Factory was in 2005 Houston, yes, Katrina. That being said, we went to our town’s CCF earlier this evening and I have nothing but good to say. It was crowded, however we were seated within 15 minutes. I was familiar somewhat with the menu, Party of three, we ordered 2 Mac and cheese balls, crabcakes 1 and order of salmon kinda wrap, everything was delicious and delivered hot to our table. I had a huge salad, the others I think had Chicken parmesan, and some kind of sandwich. Lastly, I’d like to point out that our waitress was the bomb. She was filling drinks checking but not bugging us. Definitely will go back, asap .

Yikes! This was the worst dining experience I have had in some time. I do not like giving bad reviews and this is my first 1 star review(I’ve written around 60 reviews). This restaurant makes me sad because it has so much potential. I’ve gone to The Cheesecake Factory in other states, and I have had great experiences. The really sad thing about this place is that it seems to be getting worse. Right when a restaurant opens, it is expected that there may be some confusion/mistakes happening. I went here a few weeks after it first opened and had a good experience(4 stars). My grandma and I came here a few months ago and had a mediocre experience(3 stars) due to lackluster service and wilted lettuce for my chicken lettuce cups. This most recent time, last Saturday, is what is making me give the restaurant only 1 star because of how bad it’s slipping. I went with two of my friends and one of them brought their child(a 3 year old). My friends did take awhile to order due to the complexity of the menu. I ordered a lunch special which was a half chicken salad sandwich/soup/and a side salad for 11.50. I saw on the menu that if you wanted a the side salad to be a caesar salad then it was an upgrade, I decided not to do that and chose a different dressing. My two friends both ordered salads for their meals. My friend ordered her daughter chicken strips off of the kid’s menu. About 20 minutes later, the waitress comes up and tells us that because a dish broke that they could no longer serve salads? We would have to re-order. I didn’t feel like going through the long menu, so I told her to keep my order and just not to worry about the side salad. Both of my friends re-ordered and chose the turkey-guac sandwich with fries. Twenty more minutes go by and a young man, who I am assuming was the manager, comes up and tell us that they actually can make salads, but they do not have any turkey. They have been out of turkey for a month. What!!! Why are these items still listed on the menu if you’ve been out for a month? So my friends go back to their original order of the salads after being in this restaurant for almost an hour. My friend’s daughter was getting very antsy at this point. About 5 minutes later, the kid’s meal comes out. Five more minutes go by and my food comes out with a side caesar salad. Ten minutes and my friend’s salads come out. I tell the waitress that I did not want the caesar dressing(I really didn’t feel like being charged more). The waitress takes it away and tells me that she will pack me the one that I ordered to take home. The baked potato soup was pretty good(it was different but still yummy), but the chicken salad sandwich was nothing to write home about. We got our checks, but I never got my salad to go. I didn’t care about it enough to wait another 15 minutes. Overall, we spent entirely too long and too much money. Next time I will go to La Madeleine’s if I want chicken salad, soup, or salad. Much cheaper, faster, and better tasting!

Menu is entirely TOOBIG. Pages and pages of choices. A little ridiculous. Egg roll sampler was good, no complaints. And my crispy chicken sandwich was good as well. I chose both sauces — buffalo and chipotle mayo. The speed of service was AWFUL! Had a server named Zak S. Extremely slow!!! From the drinks to the check! Very nice guy, but no pep in his step ATALL!!! Requested Splenda for my tea, took about 8 mins. In that time, I took it from another table that had gotten up. Never checked on us once during our meal. Had to track him down to ask for the check. Asked if they had a senior discount for my parents. Said he didn’t think so but he’d ask. Never got that answer either.

We were greeted upon entering this establishment. Put on the waiting list with our phone number so we can recieve a text when table is ready. I like that! I always lose that black pager thing. Rather than wait to be seated on this busy night of National Cheesecake Day, we opted to stroll to the bar and take our seats amongst the ever drinking crowd. Mind you, I got Strawberry Creamsicle which comprise of purée strawberries, vanilla icecream, vodka and amerreto. Topped with a whipped topping and a whole strawberry! Like a spiked-up milkshake! Yummy! For my meal, I went with a Grilled salmon with mash potato and broccoli. Sure I could have gotten it from the skinnylicious menu with would be fish and vegatables(tomatoe and green beans) but nah… I’m out and about already… Might as well get something good. Salmon was good and doesn’t lack flavor esp after the squirt of a lemon wedge! Love homemade mash potato but no gravy. Broccoli was bland but when eaten with the salmon, it balanced. We didn’t receive bread which was sad. But I got cheese cake for half price and took them home! Yay! Will update on the cheesecakes I ate lol. Be back for more cheesecake later!

I am not a fan of mega-chains like this but I decided to give it a try with two friends. I ordered the crispy spicy chicken sandwich which came with fries. They bring you two types of bread with butter both of which were pretty good. Our server was attentive and we never had to ask for anything. She was funny as well, several times we heard plates crashing and she was like ‘it wasn’t me’ she was just fun. One thing that I am still unable to wrap my mind around is the fact this place has a 21 page menu! That was not a typo — -21 pages! This made choosing what to order more than overwhelming and when I see places with such giant menus I can’t help but assume there is no way a restaurant is going to do that many things well. I mean, I feel like these type of menus are all about pleasing the pants off everyone in the universe verses(like I said) making every single dish amazing in its own right. I prefer places that have smaller menus that do what they do on a smaller scale but that do everything really really well. On to the food. The presentation was well above average for a mega-chain. The sesame bun was fantastic and the plate just looked really nice all around. They give you some blue cheese dressing on the side and it was just ok, nothing amazing. The sweet potato fries were great and they were presented in a little metal canister with wax paper which was a nice touch. I did not order cheesecake because I pretty much don’t like sweets of any kind. However my friend is a cheesecake aficionado and he really enjoyed himself. All in all it was not a bad experience, I was actually surprised at how good the chicken sandwich was because I really enjoyed it. This place is basically Chili’s on steroids.

Service: Awesome. Our server was on top of everything and was really friendly. She made the whole experience a pleasure. Food: Just fine. Since I knew I was gonna order cheesecake, I ordered the Seared Tuna Tataki Salad. It came with a bed of greens with some dressing that was pretty good, with some avocado that was clearly past its prime. The pieces of tuna it came with were seared perfectly and were spice crusted-I could really taste the spice, which was a nice surprise. The brown bread they give you is delicious! LOVED the Salted Caramel cheesecake, with its multiple layers of caramel goodness atop a blondie(‘MERICA), although cheesecake here only happens a couple times a year: their cheesecake is beyond decadent, with many slices exceeding 2000 calories by themselves. I’m not making a special trip out to Metairie for the Cheesecake Factory, but it’s a decent choice for a restaurant near Lakeside.

3.5 Stars Well, the service is excellent! Some of the entrees are amazing. I’ve had the Kobe Beef Burger and it was very delicious. Juicy, thick, and seasoned well. Also I’ve had the Shepherd’s Pie which is omg amazing. However, I will forewarn you to look up the nutrition facts of each entrée. Apparently these dishes were made to be separated into two different meals, meaning the calorie count is skyrocket high. The restaurant itself is beautiful and I felt very comfortable here. Overall decent experience.

Wow! I’ve never been here before, and I can’t wait to come back. I wish I came on a empty stomach because the cheese cake was… mind blowing. And the amount of flavors they have. amazing! I had no idea they had real meals like breakfast and lunch, and a full bar. I didn’t need anything but the cheese cake. Highly recommend for any sweet tooth craver!

This is the worst cheesecake I have ever experience and believe me I have had Cheesecake from Hawaii to LA and all in between. The service was lack luster and I order soup-Clam Chowder-Flavorless, coarse base texture and an insult to Clam Chowder, my favorite soup. Main Shrimp Scampi-I have ordered this dish coutless of times over the years. It typically is jumbo shrimp scampi sitting upwards around the plate with a bundle of pasta in the off center of the plate dry, Angel hair. This dish came to me looking like soup. It had zero flavor just like the soup and served heavy sauced and sloppy. I was just working in Sephora that day and a cast member never had Cheesecake Factory and I raved to her about the consitancy and great ness of them all. Needless to say when I came back I told her it was not on point. The way I see it is this is my punishment to be eating Cheesecake factory in the city with the best food in the world originated. COMEONNOLAGETITTOGETHER.
