The delivery driver forgot to bring the pizza his first trip. We had to wait for him to deliver all the pizzas in his car before going back to get our pizza. Then he got lost his 2nd trip. We are in the TALLEST BUILDING IN METAIRE.

Given the star rating you’ve obtained on Unilocal,I can see I’m not the only unhappy customer. I was so excited to have a Pizza Hut business return a few years ago, and right by my house, at that… only to be repeatedly disappointed by their staff’s inability to run a Pizza Hut. If your competitor can handle decent/​good customer service, why can’t you? Please get it together over there.

My first time in NOLA so every time one does not know what to expect. I ordered a veggie pizza, adding spinach and chicken. Now why is it that they put the spinach uncooked on top of the pizza? I just thought this was interesting.
Now the customer service was Awesome! Those girls rock!

This place is really not as bad as people are saying, at least from my one recent experience. I mean it’s a chain pizza place, so I wasn’t expecting Pizza Delicious or anything. We placed our order online, went to pick it up, paid for the pizza, and left. We just got a meatlovers pizza and some cheesy bread. They didn’t «mess it up.»

Terrible. Used to love pizza hut. This is nothing like it used to be. I have given them 2 chances, I’m done. I have only ordered pan pizzas. It’s their staple, how do they mess it up? We literally couldn’t finish a slice. Save your money.

Great food if they don’t burn it and take an hour to get it right
