Everything was excellent from the service to the fast fresh food. I would recommend everyone coming to this location.

After 8years of living here in LA, I finally got a chance to try this place out. I heard lots of good things about P. F Changs that made me wanna try it so very badly. My fiancè, my son and I went there for lunch. It was pretty packed. For me i prefer to sit in a booth which i asked for as soon as i walked in, without any acknowlegement the host said that she have no booth available at the moment, but when i looked around i see quite a few. Without giving any explanations, we were seated on a table next to the POS system, the most awkward spot this restaurant can possibly put this specific table in. So im already aggravated, i felt like they sat me there because i was not as dressed up as everyone looked. Food: since i didnt know what to order i asked my server which is fantastic by the way what his reccomendations are. He reccomemnded the dynamite shrimp for an appetizer, it was okay. I also ordered fried green beans which was fantastic. And a lettuce wraps it was a little salty, but very savory. For our main entrée i ordered the sweet and sour pork which was tangy, but im not really sure if i liked it. The fried rice was also alittle salty for my taste, but its still decent. I wanted to check out thier dessert but i didnt see anything that sounds appetizing. Overall its 3 because i didnt see or taste anything spectacular about this place. I dont know i might give it another try.

Love love their egg drop soup it’s so tasty! The large bowls of soup are like 7 $ and I’ve gone with my family 5 of us have been able to eat from it. Staff is friendly and attentive. I love that when you ask for a to go box they package it for you. Also if you want to take your leftover soup to go they give you a fresh soup container to go!

After a very long day of moving we went to Chang’s, we were tired and we wanted to have a nice bottle of wine and be waited on, our server Savannah took very good care of us and the food was great

Yes! PF Change has really stepped is game up! I love the ambiance and the revised menu is delicious! The classic lettuce wraps were as tasty as ever and the pepper steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I had the new garlic chili chicken breast after my waitress suggested it and I was so happy I took her advice! Definitely will return for happy hour! So glad I have them ajo ther chance!

Worst PF Changs ever. The appetizer took forty minutes. I was about to decline the meal, but it arrived shortly after the appetizer. The waitress asked me if I wanted the rice steamed, but instead our entire meal was steamed with no sauce. It looked like a bag of frozen food for 10.00. I asked for the food to be sent back, and I wasn’t offered any compensation for the lengthy wait, or lack of knowledge from the waitstaff. The tofu looked like over cooked sliced nuts, and the drinks were also very disappointing.

I have always enjoyed this location, and yesterday was no different. Sure, it’s a chain. Sure, it’s busy. Sure, the parking situation given the Lakeside Mall is a pain. But the food is always good, and the service is always good. I was pleased to see vegetarian items and under 600 calorie items clearly marked on the menu. They’ve also always offered brown rice, which is a nice healthy option. Patrons knowing what they are eating should be a priority. I’ve never had a bad experience here and will keep coming back until that changes.

I’ve never been disappointed by this restaurant. I have been a frequent customer for years and whether it’s dine in or take out, I’ve never had any issue with my order and the food is always excellent quality. The staff is also very polite and efficient. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans!

I’m a little sad because I really do love PF Chang’s. We visited this location for the first time on Labor Day because we wanted to indulge. The restaurant was really busy, with people lined out the door sitting in outdoor seating and mingling. When I entered, the hostesses took a moment to acknowledge me although I was the only person actually seeking attention. They seemed very frantic and overwhelmed, and when I let them know I was only there to pick up food I called in to take out, they directed me to wait at the end of the bar. I headed over to the end of the bar and waited a moment before I was acknowledged by the two sweet make bartenders. One of them grabbed my takeout order and presented it to me prior to placing it in a bag. I selected, when I ordered, that I would like fortune cookies and plastic cutlery. The gentleman told me he would grab those and I would be on my way. I thanked him and headed home. On the short drive home, the food smelled heavenly. I was so excited – all other locations I have visited have left me with a great experience, and I expected the same from this one. When I got home and opened the bag, mouth watering and ready to feast, I saw my meal(pictured). I paid $ 12.95 for 30% of the takeaway container to be filled, mostly with pineapple and peppers and a few small pieces of chicken. I enjoyed the food as I always do, but was left hungry. I love fortune cookies and was so thrilled to open my fortune. When I looked in the bag, there was only one. One fortune cookie, and one wrapper. I kid you not – there was a plastic fortune cookie wrapper. Perhaps a manufacturer error as it was closed and did not contain a fortune cookie, I was still a little sad because my boyfriend wanted one, too, and I promised I had ordered them. So we opened the one together. The fortune said, «great philanthropist in your later years,» as it was clearly cut off. Now I will never know! Will I be a great philanthropist? Will I never become one? Will my mother be one? Will I meet one? Perhaps even marry one? Now, I will never know. I love PF Chang’s. Perhaps this one just missed the mark on a busy day. Either way, I will probably never visit this location again.

Service was quick and efficient. Vegetable spring rolls were somewhat greasy and tasted like they had been frozen before prep. The flank steak strips in the Beef a la sishuan were very chewy, and the celery and carrot strips were too large(not julliene as stated in the menu) Food quality and preparation has definitely suffered here in the past few years. This should not be the case with the prices being what they are. Not really worth the money…

PF Chang’s is normally a 5 star with me but the last time we visited we had a few issues. Staff was great but a little rushed. Food was fantastically flavorful and innovative however the food was kind of «tossed» unsuccessfully into the taco shells(they weren’t really tacos but looked like tacos). So one of the tacos was full and one was almost completely empty. WE had two orders of the tacos with different proteins and both had the same problem. One taco they had completely missed the shell so I had to scrape the fixins into the shell myself in order to eat. I’m probably over dramatizing this — its just that in the past they have been so «ON» and perfect on delivery and flavor. I’ll still go back!

This is one of my favorite restaurants, and Il not always a huge lover of chain restaurants. I always find the food to be fresh, tasty, innovative and just so good! The prices are high, but they have a «Changs for 2» option which is great. Two soups, one appetizer, two entrees and a dessert for $ 40. Some of my favorite things are: lettuce wraps, spring rolls, rice, Singapore noodles, orange peel beef, Mongolian beef, Kung po chicken, honey shrimp and Buddhas feast(vegetables). All so good!

Hands down one of the best chain restaurants. The food is always tasty, and they put their unique spin on classic Chinese dishes, usually improving them for the better. My fiancé and I did their dinner for 2 for $ 40 menu, which is a really good deal. You each get a soup, one appetizer to share, two entrees and dessert. You definitely won’t leave hungry! We each got a hot and sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps for our appetizer, crispy honey shrimp and Mongolian beef for the entrees. The desserts are small little filled wontons and are definitely the weakest part of the menu. The Mongolian beef was excellent! The beef was crispy, which was a really nice touch.

I have long enjoyed this establishment, but the chain was recently sold and the menu was dumbed down as high quality ingredients seemed to be swapped out for cheap substitutes. A traditional favorite, shrimp with lobster sauce, was inedible. A normally delicate balance of flavors turned greasy and heavily salty. It was so bad that I expressed surprise to my waiter. His manager comped the meal, but I didn’t want a free nasty meal — I wanted Chang’s! The waiter apologized profusely, saying that the chain’s new owners tossed out the old recipes in favor of their own. He said his manager had already given away three meals that week and no one in upper management is listening. Don’t bother stopping here. It was awful.

I believe they’ve decided they are in a mall so why not be mall food quality. I’d venture to guess that the Chinese place in the food court would be superior. Shame this place dropped off so far so fast. They are drowning everything in sauce, even the side salad was quite literally floating in dressing. This is a clear attempt to mask the poor quality of their preparations. I even was welcomed with my fortune when my salad came. Yes, no cookie though. It was stuck to my salad plate in clear view and no one caught it. They were not even busy, but someone needs to do a quality check at least looking at the plate to make sure it’s clean. Also noticed the lettuce for the wraps have gone from half to a quarter cut piece. Then there are the plates coming out hot, after clearly being heated in an over. Hence the everything looks like an under watered petunia.

Pretty disappointing. The food just isn’t good. We ordered Asian salmon, Kung Pao chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. The salmon had no flavor whatsoever and the rice was kind of dry. The Kung Pao chicken was wayyyy too salty. The sweet and sour chicken was just okay. The service is good and atmosphere is nice though; one star for each.

I don’t usually go to chains but was brought here by a friend after a late night flight. I had the lettuce wraps which were ok and the chicken lemongrass salad. It was just ok, I have had better for less at Pei Wei. Probably not coming here again as I observed a very overpriced menu for food you can get at Panda King or just about any Chinese corner store.

Sorry not sorry… I only dined here the last two times because my friends insisted. I’m Asian so I know what good ethnic asian food should taste and Changs ain’t it! But yet they still have business! THese people are missing out! Anyway! The reason why they get 1 star is because my pepper steak was very very very very very salty!!! I think my body swelled up from water retention!!! I still ate most of it because I hate to complain and I didn’t want to waste food! My goodness! It was horrible!!!

Ask me about my experience at P.F. Chang’s prior to this last visit, and I would have given it 5 stars. However, after this last experience, I was rather unimpressed. Let me start off by saying that I do love the fact that they don’t use any MSG, so I can order pretty much anything on the menu and not have a reaction. I also love the app that you can order take-out with(and I have ordered take out online from this location in the past and it was ready on time and delicious). My complaints with the restaurant this past time are the service and lack of sauces! Apparently P.F.‘s has stopped putting out that little trio of sauces that you used to get all the time — I had to ask for it. Second, the service left much to be desired. My fellow diners and I found ourselves frequently asking other servers for items we needed. Of course I’ll go back, it’s P.F. Chang’s — but I’ll probably skip the dining in part and just order take out.

Whenever I go to PF Changs, I become a creature of habit. You don’t even have to give me a menu.(ok, maybe a drink menu because I do like to vary that up). You can just bring out an order of lettuce wraps and the honey fried shrimp and I’m a happy girl. During my last visit the service was really slow and the waitress seemed a little spacey. But I know that before we were seated, she was working a large party of about 30 people that were on a party bus… so I cut her some slack. I don’t get to get over to PF Changs as often as I’d like but when I do, I always enjoy the food — and I always try a little of the trio of sauces they bring to the table, it’s fun to experiment with different combinations of spiciness.
