I had been craving some wedding cake for quite some time and finally I found it! I got 2 slices of wedding cake and 1 slice of carrot cake. Let me tell you, my hubby loved the carrot cake, he said it was very moist and ate the whole thing! As far as the wedding cake, it was good, just a tad bit dry. I think I will give them another chance, tho! And this will definitely be our new cake hangout spot! The place very clean and staff were really nice and attentive!

My co-workers ordered this for lunch today so I decided to try them out. I decided on the Caffè combination. My 2 picks were the tuna salad sandwich and ceasar salad. First things first the ceasar salad was delicious!!! The dressing though creamy based wasn’t overpowering like some can be nor heavy, the croutons are definitely freshly prepared, and no shortage of the parm! The sandwich was tasty but, not great. This was just enough food for a lunch, I didn’t feel sluggish or weighted afterwards. My meal with no drink was $ 10 so eating this everyday could add up quickly but, I’ll definitely be checking them out again.

We have driven by often, and I have always been curious about this place. Our friends suggested it, so we took them up on it. We stopped in for dessert. They have a very large display case full of many cakes and pies to choose from. The cakes are huge! We split a piece of the Pumpkin Cheesecake and the Apple Praline Pie. Both were excellent. We noticed a lot of people coming in for holiday desserts that they had ordered for Christmas. Bustling place! They offer lunch items like salads and wraps too. It all looked yummy. Nice place! We will definitely be back.

Caffe Caffe is a very«ladies who lunch» type of vibe. Come lunch rush, this place is busting at the seams. I love their assortment of salads. You can get a very nice size salad for $ 10 and a salad with a protein will run you up to about $ 13. They also have a good half sandwich and small salad or soup combo that’s perfect for lunch. One of my favorite meals there is the avocado salad. It comes with a half an avocado, walnuts, blue cheese, and delicious mango vinaigrette. You can add grilled chicken or chicken salad for a real treat. It’s usually bustling during lunch hours, but they do a good job of keeping the line moving. It’s partial service, you order at the counter and they call your number when your food is ready, but they will bus your table. The iced tea and soft drinks are self serviced. They also have a full menu of hot teas and coffee drinks. If you have a sweet tooth you will have a hard time choosing between all the delicious cookies and cakes they have in the display case. The turtles(Haydels) and chocolate brownie cookie is heavenly! The staff is always really nice and friendly.

First time here, and very impressed. Great prices, fast service and awesome food. Wife and I both had the breakfast BLT and loved it. Also had the cheese grits and a cinnamon role, both of which were fantastic. Tons of desserts I would love to try if not so full already. The space is clean and bright. One of my favorite places in Metairie.

This is a really cute café that serves baked goods, coffee and lunch. I have driven by Caffe Caffe several times and never would have imagined such a cute place inside. They had a lot of baked goods to chose from, coffee drinks(to drink there or to go) and they played great music in the back ground. I got the iced lemon pound cake(HUGESLICE!!) and my husband for the blueberry muffin– he says it resides in the top 3 of the city so far but I have been more impressed with others around the city. Also a PLUS: they have almond milk! Just a note: This is NOT a place for those studying or taking up table space for hours. This is frowned upon and stated on the door.

Inconsistent and overpriced. Sometimes great, today the salad had wilted lettuce. Some days they give you an extra container of dressing, today it would be $ 1 extra. The Severn location is usually better. Or, for a better choice overall, try La Madeline.

Fast service and the food and coffee are great. Nice little meet up spot. I definitely recommend the club if you’re into that sort of thing.

Caffe! Caffe! has been a staple of the Metairie area for decades. Most of the time, there is ample parking available. The environment is very clean and modern with nice finishing touches. They have cakes available by the slice and all different types of breads and cookies. Their coffees and teas are made well, and they have a great breakfast menu. Lately I’ve been a fan of the grits with bacon, cheddar cheese, and scrambled eggs in a bowl. They have fresh squeezed juices available, which I think is a great option to offer. In addition to the different salads and sandwiches you can order, they have special soups and pastas noted on the board above the cake display case. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been yet!

This is one of my favorite places to get a slice of cake in the city. On my most recent trip I bought a rum cake($ 25) for a coworker and it was delicious. Everyone was actually ranting and raving how great the flavor was. The lady on the phone said it would only serve 8 of us, but it easily fed all 11 of us. The only thing that would have made the rum cake better is if I picked up a gallon of Ice cream. My other favorite things to get here is the caffe freeze and the mile high cake. I’ve been coming here ever since elementary school so this is a great staple in Metairie.

My family moved to the northshore when I was 8, and I had fond memories of going to Caffee! Caffe! in Mandeville, with mile high sandwiches stacked with sprouts and avocados. My memory served me well on my return to the company at their Metairie location. Though crowded, it did not feel cramped and staff moved the line along well. My husband and I only ordered coffee and a wedding cake cupcake, but it was great and I will definitely be going back for more. That cupcake was a big hunk of almond heaven.

This place has been here for ages. I’ve passed by many times. Why not try out. Let me start off by saying that what this place has going is its location and relatively large space for a coffee shop. Even though its big it doesn’t feel like a cafeteria. I’m not going to say it’s dirty, but when I came in there were tables that needed some cleaning. It was Saturday morning rush and there were clean tables available. I ordered the egg white spinach wrap, a bagel and a side of sausage patties. My conclusion regarding the food is that they don’t emphasize on quality or culinary expertise. The sausage patties weren’t the best and definitely frozen. The spinach tortilla wasn’t heated, just pulled out the bag onto the dish. The bagel was fine except that the cream cheese for which I was charged was one of those little to-go packets.(very«fast-foody») Not to mention that I had to pickup my breakfast at the counter rather than it being brought to my table like they do at Chateaux Café. I feel like this establishment can use a revitalization. In Orleans parish, it couldn’t survive on its borderline mediocrity. I’m saying its bad, just not good. But you couldn’t ask for a better location with ample parking. Would I comeback? On purpose, probably not. By chance, maybe. I gave it 3 stars, but deserved 2.5.

So glad we came here. We’re from Los Angeles visiting my in-laws. They recommended that we come for coffee and dessert. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the white chocolate bread pudding. I ravaged my pineapple upside down cake. Coffee was a good companion to the dessert. One word: scrumptious!

Stopped based on multiple recommendations. Had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap and it was very good. I would have preferred the Chipotle mayo in the wrap vice on the side, but it didn’t take away from the taste, just a personal preference. All the baked good looked fresh, but I did not try any(I was sufficiently stuffed from the wrap portion). Will definitely try them again.

Came here for some late night sweets with my SO and we were more than satisfied! We got a slice of lemon icebox pie and a slice of wedding cake. Mm MMMMM. So delectable! The pie was smooth and perfectly lemony. And the cake was moist and had layers of strawberry and pineapple filling between the almond cake layers. It was SOMUCH but SOGOOD. We couldn’t stop and we ate it all, including a small glass of milk. So yummy and pretty damn cheap!

My SO and I went here tonight for dessert: wedding cake and lemon ice box pie. Mouth-watering sugary sweetness. Both desserts were perfection! I think we ate them way to quickly. Sugar rush. I had the pleasure of seeing a few of their regular employees — Tristan is always very cordial. They are known for their salads, and their Caesar is my favorite. It’s a good size and they have an amazing dressing. My favorite soup is the tomato; their soup breads are the best I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that I can’t go here as often as I previously could. Unfortunately, I go to work before they open, and I don’t usually get back to Metairie until after they are closed. So very sad. :( Thank you for always having consistently great drinks, food, dessert and employees!

More like a 3.5. Driving around Metairie and I stumble across Caffe Caffe. I wanted a nice coffee and a tasty brunch after a stressful day. So I ordered the Avocado & Grilled Chicken Salad with a slice of the Billionaire’s Cake. For the good, I will definitely say the meals. Their salads seem to be the best thing in everyone’s opinion and I agree. The fresh avocado, with nice greens, and slices of chicken were yummy. The mango dressing was also very delicious. It was like a mini fruit purée that I could sip all by itself. For the cake, I did not really know what to expect before buying it. Basically a chocolaty mix that was alright. The only thing that really annoyed me when coming here was the service. It seems to be run by a bunch of highschoolers taking orders and twirling their hair with their fingers. They probably have no culinary sense and no credible opinions on the menu. After I ordered I waited for about 5 minutes for my food. I see somebody place two to-go boxes at the pickup line. I stare at it waiting for my name or number to be called. Nothing…5 minutes later my patience has gone and I walk up to the counter. The girl behind it stares at me and says nothing. I give her some time to think, but nope she still ignores me. So i say«Is this my food» and she says yes. Well thanks for letting me know 15 minutes later that my food was ready instead of making me wait like an idiot. This really frustrated me as you can see by my rant. At least the taste satisfied me enough.

Caffe Caffe! is delicious delicious. I never had a bad meal or coffee/pastry here. My favorite soup is the chicken andouille. Paired with the quiche is a winning duo. The Clearview location just began serving breakfast, which is also great.

God how much I love this place! I spend way too much money at both locations but I honestly prefer this one over the North Hullen one. I think they put more love in their stuff and they usually have a better dessert variety. I always get a salad here. I’ve had other things(their soups, sandwiches and quiches.) All are good but I prefer their BIG salads with those fresh ingredients and addictive dressing. I always get the avocado salad with grilled chicken. They never have any problems with substitutions(I can’t stand gorgonzola cheese and always replace it with feta.) Their mango vinaigrette is one of my favorite dressings in the world. It is so good on anything it touches. Sometimes, I’ll go crazy and get their chicken salad salad. I love their chicken salad, and when I was going through a chicken salad phase, this place sustained me for a few weeks. I like it with their homemade honey balsamic. You honestly can’t go wrong here. Their desserts are amazing too. I love all their cakes, pies and cookies. I’ve seriously never had a bad experience here. The only drawbacks are how cheap the owners are. They have never donated anything to any organization I know of. As a small business with three locations in Jefferson Parish, I wish they were more willing to give back to the community. Conversely, I’m amazed sometimes by how expensive everything is. I’ve easily spent $ 20 for lunch(drink, salad and dessert.) Lunch shouldn’t cost me $ 20 for me to enjoy good quality food. But I guess that’s the price we all have to pay now. *sigh*
