Al Sanchez Construction

David and his crew (from the office staff to the guys on the crews) could not have been any more efficient and professional… not to mention, timely, pleasant and affordable. In this town, you almost expect a contractor to try to take advantage of you, be late, just plain not show up for days at a time, but David expelled that stereotype immediately! He would randomly show up, just to check in on not only his crew and to make sure I was happy with the progress, but to also check on the other vendors who turns out were not doing their job!
I will never be able to thank David and his crew enough for the amazing job they did on my house, but more importantly the fact that I could absolutely trust that when I left my house in their hands, I would always come back to a finished job, or if not, a completely cleaned up area for them to start again the next day. When the painting vendors showed up and David saw how sneaky and underhanded they were trying to be, he volunteered his services, free of charge, as overseer of the painting project, which is something he absolutely did not have had to do, but I am so glad that he did… otherwise I fear I would have been in a lawsuit with this awful painting company somewhere down the road… he helped that process immensely by pointing out things that should have been done before that I would have never even known to look for… and then when they got defensive and ignored his suggestions… they just ended up having to do it all again.
All in all, David Sanchez and Al Sanchez Construction will be my go to contractor for any and all issues, renovations, repairs that may come up in my house and business. I would and have highly recommended him to many friends and neighbors… since that’s how I found him originally, through one of my neighbors referral!
