We contacted this company through Home
recommendations for a bathroom remodel. An appointment was scheduled several days later for a quote. We were contacted by someone the morning of the appointed day and was told they would not be able to make it due to starting other jobs. My husband took off of work to be available for the meeting, and now we were being put off. We felt it wasn’t best to go with them since they didn’t have courtesy to call ahead of time. We feel that all customers should be important. Also arrogant comments are not necessary when we decide not to reschedule the appointment due to his treatment. This is a very unprofessional company.
