Taco Casa

Completely appalled at the service & food I received Wednesday night when going through the drive thru! The girl at the window was disrespectful & rude! Not only did they leave everyone at the menu trying to order without acknowledging anyone, I over heard her make some very disrespectful vulgar remarks towards the person ordering in the car behind me! Took over 30 minutes to get a couple bean burritos because they sat in there talking & messing around then when I finally got my food she shut the window & never came back not giving me my soda I paid for! When I got home to eat my food (not a far drive) my food was cold, cheese all cold and clumpy & barely any beans in the burrito! Was a complete was of time, money & food. They need to seriously start monitoring their night crew because after this experience & seeing how they treat their customers & the things they say about them thinking they can’t hear I doubt I’ll ever return! Only gets 1 star because I can’t give zero!

Food is still awesome but why can’t I get a thank you? There is one particular worker here (teenager) that will just give you your order and that’s it. No, thank you or please come again. Are these teenagers too good to say thank you to paying customers?
I can’t stand it when workers can’t at least say thank you when you spend your hard earned money at their establishment.

all i have to say is… excellent tacos!!!

I had delicious tacos, taco salad and nachos there! All was very fresh, hot and tasty! Service was fast and friendly, and the prices reasonable! Restaurant and restroom was clean and well supplied also!

As far as taco food goes, Taco Casa is the standard by which all others are measured… sorta. I mean Taco Casa’s in general, not this particular one. This one seems to be having some growing pains, I hope. The service at the drive thru was not good. Maybe they were training someone. Either way, boo. And the beans didn’t taste as good as they do at the Belt Line location. I will try it again in a few months. Otherwise I will be driving to the Belt Line location.

Love Taco Casa and was thrilled they finally opened their Mesquite location last Wednesday. I had to eat it opening night. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building but I did not mind the wait to support my favorite fast food joint. The food was amazing opening night, the service was great and they got my order out in a timely manner considering the amount of people they were catering to. This place never disappoints and remains my favorite fast food! Would recommend to anyone!
