Definitely not coming here anymore. We always order on the phone or online. They always say ready in 20 minutes we get there always 20 minutes later and it is never ready! We always have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes in the store for an order we ordered a half hour before! Rediculou… never again this was the final straw.

We have been coming to this location for years, but I have recently had a few bad experiences. Tonight, I called in my order for pick up and made it clear to the gentleman what I wanted. I got there for pickup and it was not the way I ordered it. The «manager» came out and I was showing him that there was no sauce under the cheese. He proceded to argue with me and tell me I was just pulling off the cheese. I knew that. He then kept telling me that «He knows how to make pizza» in a rude manner and asking what I wanted him to do. I am glad he knows how to make pizza, but his customer service is severely lacking. The teenager at the register was super friendly but this «manager» needs to he retrained. I spend a lot of money at Pizza Hut to feed my family including a teenager :) but I will not give this location any more of my hard earned money. The customer service industry is just that. Be polite to your customers!

My family and I have been regulars here for about 6 yrs and I cant recall ever having a problem with the food or the service, including delivery drivers. I recently called in a «larger than usual order» and had no idea what Specials to combo for a better price, but the young lady who took my order was so patient, kind and mannerable that it was simple. I believe her name was Nadia. Her patients saved me a few bucks, thanks Nadia! Great customer service goes a long way.

Have a good deal of any pizza carry out for 10 bucks… They also have the BIG Dinner Box for 19.99 it includes 2 medium 1 topping pizzas 5 bread sticks and you choose a delicious side of 4 stuffed pizza rollers, 1 pan of pasta, or 8 wings. The cashier Nathan seemed pretty cool. Looks like the employees enjoy their job jamming out in the back and singing. Lol
