First, let me quantify this review as not being directly reflective of Dr. Owens, but the hogwash office staff she maintains. My wife had an appointment, and due to inclement weather (meaning TX natives can’t drive in the rain) was 15 minutes late for her 8AM appointment. The receptionist was absolutely so rude, my wife was beside herself, as she was being told that she was late and would not be able to see the doctor. Then the receptionist demanded her co-​pay. At this time there was one other person in the lobby, and all the staff was laughing in the breakroom. Can’t see her?! What the heck?!
Dr. Owens, your staff is unfortunately a direct reflection on you, and right now that reflection is tarnished… finding another doctor we are.
Too bad, my wife really liked you.
