Bad service, they have to make sure they have enough chicken to complete your order??? No many options to order they offer just one or two sides? Worse KFC ever

Ordered chicken tenders in the drive thru and they waited until we got to the window (two cars ahead of us) to let us know there would be a wait for the tenders and do we want to wait? Uh, yeah. So they have us pull around and after waiting over fifteen minutes and watching multiple customers (both drive thru and walk in) come and go with their orders (none of them needed to wait) we finally go in to find out the tenders are «magically» ready the second we walk in. Not coming back here again.

Horrible service! They tell you that hot wings will take 10 minutes to make, tell you to drive forward, and then they never come out with your order. You go in to see what’s taking so long and you find out that they never even started cooking. That’s when they tell you that hot wings take longer than 10 minutes, and there isn’t an actual clock that tells them how long it will take. The manager, ALAN, is worthless, and starts texting on his phone as you start to complain. He refused to give me my receipt, refused to give me his name, and refused to tell me what the store number was.
I will never go there again, and will be sure and tell everyone I know to never go there either.
