I was very pleased how Frank came to my home and pin-​pointed the problem within 5 minutes. After ordering a replacement part, he proceeded to install the part, tested out my system and had it working in under an hour! In addition, Frank answered several of my questions regarding the operation and maintenance of our hot tub!
I would, indeed, recommend Frank, and the Hi-​Tech folks to anyone that appreciates a very knowledgeable and caring person to do hot-​tub repairs!

Took my money and never finished the work. In fact he will not return phone messages. He has no office and works from his cell phone. Very unethical business man. I would never recommend this man or his company.
