Horrible service from doctors. The nurses are friendly but the doctors… nope! I went today for urgent care presenting symptoms of ear ache (loss of hearing as well), fever, and sore throat. The doctor (dr Manhil i believe) literally spent less than 2 minutes in the room with me. Never washed his hands entering or leaving. Did the usual nose/​ear/​throat look and told me it was viral so here’s a z-​pack and something for the cough. …I don’t have a cough and i still can’t hear out of my ear /​have lots of ear pain but the split second he looked at it must have been fine. What a waste of my copay. AND next day — my ear is worse! Thanks for nothing.

3rd visit. Appointment at 4 pm not seen until 4:21. Then told I will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to see doctor… This place stinks too!
