I have lived in Mesquite since 2001 and will always take my vehicles to Carter’s for repair and maintenance. They are friendly, fair and quick. As a single woman I am always leery of mechanics but James Carter has never once tried to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. I came in one day thinking I needed new brakes and he could have changed them and charged me but told me it was something else entirely and didn’t even charge me for what he did to the car. If I can help it, I never let another person touch my cars. If you need a mechanic you can trust, call James Carter.
