Phở is very good, never had any issues. If you ask for rare steak on the side, have them put it in or drop it in immediately because the broth isn’t always hot enough to properly cook thin steak. Tea is good, Thai drink is good. Service is excellent and very fast.

OMG I just loved this place. First I love the name. LOL. This had to be the nicest phở place I’ve ever been! Summer rolls were awesome and the phở, was just amazing. I wasn’t feeling well and good definitely made me feel better. Customer service was great as well, kept checking on us and making sure we had even water!

I’ve been here twice now, didn’t review it the first time I was here. I’ve tried a lot phở’ while living in San Diego, this place is pretty good. I spoke with the owner the first time I was here, he told me he marinates the broth for 24hrs. wow! No wonder the phở’ here is good! I would recommend this place, good service, and food comes out right away!

I’ve eaten here a few times now and you can not go wrong with the #15 phở. Only regret I have is not ordering another meal as I left still hungry !! I have yet to try an entrée here but I’m sure I will not be disappointed.

We love this place. The owners are super attentive and the service is fast, friendly and efficient. We all have our faves: Veggie Autumn Rolls, the beef or chicken phở, the vermicelli salad with grilled chicken, the fried rice(ask for their housemade chili sauce — WOW!), the fresh coconut drink, the thai tea, the soda water & lime, their dessert with shaved ice and jellied fruits. Gah! So many good things!(stop by the bakery next door to take some goodies for tomorrow’s breakfast!)

This is my go-to for any meal honestly. I love how quick and easy everything is. The service can be strange to those who aren’t used to Asian owned establishments. But I enjoy that there’s no forced conversations and unnecessary check ups on us while we eat. So, service is straight to the point and quick! The food though, is never disappointing for me. I choose to eat here for hang overs, for a quick lunch, and sometimes even just a quick spring roll snack. I highly recommend! It’s just delicious food with good service and the owner will always remember your face :)

I went into unPhogettable tonight for the first time and I can see myself going back at least a couple times a month at this point! It’s hard to detail all of the things that made my experience awesome; from the cleanliness, the prompt service, to the amazing food. But really what made the experience so amazing was the owner, Mr Tieu. Not only was he running around bussing tables, taking orders, and closing tabs like any other employee, but he was extremely friendly. He came over and took the order for me and my friend and he actually spent extra time teaching us a little bit about how pronounce different letters and words in Vietnamese! I’ve been to many phở places, and many restaurants in general, and I can honestly say I haven’t felt that well taken care of by an owner ever. And even if by some bizarre turn of event the service was bad, it would have been fully made up by the food! The best phở that Arizona has to offer! Mr Tieu even told us that the broth takes 26 hours to make! I believe it because the depth of flavor was phenomenal and the noodles and veggies and tofu were just icing on the cake! I’ll be going back as often as I can. Thank you Mr Tieu!

Met up with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and was surprised to find out this place was here! Delicious phở soup, excellent service! After dinner, we walked around and shopped at the Asian market attached to this little restaurant. All of the tea is here, people. Come get whatever is your favorite. I’ve stopped here on the way home from work for dinner to go, several times since. Unphogettable. See what they did there?

I ordered a rare beef phở with added beef balls. The beef was chewy and the beef ball had an off-putting flavor and an odd texture. All could be forgiven though based on the broth. Interestingly. when I first tasted the broth I felt it was ok. It didn’t have the depth of the best of broths it town, but it had a flavor that was pleasant at first. I thought was better than some of the bland offerings around the valley. However, by the end of the meal, I would have preferred one of the more bland offerings. Imagine listening to the same musical note over, and over, and over, and over again. Silence is much better. That was how I felt about this broth. The same darn note over and over again. I did what I never do and started doctoring the bowl with sriracha, hoisin, salt, and by the end I even tried sugar. On a side note, I had the spring rolls which were the worst I’ve had in town. The spring roll itself was flavorless and the sauce literally tasted like melted Skippy peanut butter, While I enjoy melted peanut butter on a toasted bagel, it’s not exactly what you want as a complement in your Asian meal.

This is the best phở I have had since moving from California to Arizona. Although I’ve had some awkward situations with the customer service there, I have never had a bad meal. They have all your typical phở soups for about $ 9/bowl, but they also have more unusual types from different parts of Vietnam which I appreciate and have not been brave enough to try. I like to stick to my brisket and tendon phở and fresh spring rolls… but I’ll be a bit more adventurous soon :)

I’m always down for a place that has a good ‘phở’ pun in their name. Towards the end of a vacation, I tend to crave Vietnamese food(I’m Vietnamese and from Dallas!) but things usually get pretty tricky because I’m always comparing them to restaurants back at home. Everyone should have a staple for their phở and if I lived in Phoenix, unPhogettable would probably be my go-to place for phở despite some setbacks. The broth is pretty standard and has a decent flavor to it. The vegetables are very fresh and great quality. Unfortunately the meats are kind of «eh». The meatballs were mediocre, the tendons were alright, but a couple of the meats in my friend’s «phở dac biet» were really tough and hard to eat. unPhogettable does it’s job of satisfying a phở craving though. What I don’t like about this place is that there seems to be only one size of phở. Most places have small and large. I feel as if they are wasting a lot of food by giving everyone the same sized bowl. The prices are higher compared to other phở places as well. $ 9.75 for a bowl of phở dac biet? I have never paid $ 10 for a bowl of phở. It’s usually around $ 7 – 8.

I love this place! Hands-down they have the best Phở and spring rolls in town. I have been coming here for years and the service is consistently excellent as is the food!

I’ve been to this phở spot a fee times for lunch and it never disappoints. It’s usually busy, but the service is fast efficient and friendly. There are lots of community tables to sit at when you walk in. This makes for a kinda noisy restaurant but I certainly don’t mind it at all. There are some smaller tables available as well. From the outside it’s a strip mall but the décor inside is quite nice and not what you would expect! The menu has a good selection of a variety of Phở, egg noodle and regional soups, vermicelli salads, entrees and appetizers. I’ve had the summer and autumn rolls with peanut sauce and they are fresh, crisp and delish every time. They are filled just right, not too much yet not to skimpy. The veggies and meats taste like they had just been put together, which is just as it should be. While I don’t like too much peanut sauce, I do like it here as it’s not too sticky and sweet. I’ve also tried the phở and it is great! While they are very flexible and offer a variety of ingredients for the phở it is the broth that really stands out. It’s savory and well balanced, you can taste the beef and spices and it’s wonderful. I love love the lingering star anise taste in every spoonful. Know that you can pick up take out here and they package it very very well!

This place was poppin! Usually phở places are fairly low traffic but this place was very busy and saw lots of different colored people which was really good! The phở places in LA are frequented by mostly Asians. Asians seemed like the minority here :) I got the phở with rare steak and tendon. The steak was good quality and wow the tendon was straight up tendon! It was tough and almost felt undercooked but I assumed that’s how real tendon should taste/feel. It even looked intimidating so I didn’t eat it all haha. The broth was very clean. The phở was clean and tasted very organic. Not what I’m used to. Overall average phở but excellent service and clean restaurant. If I ever want phở in Arizona, I will come here again.

We tried the S1 Bun Bo Hue which is a fragrant Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle soup. The bun bo hue came out well could even be spicier for me. Spring rolls: they tasted fresh a little over priced 4.50 for only two. I didn’t like the peanut sauce because they added coconut milk to it had a funny after taste. I got the phở #2. Overall not bad we might come back because the restaurant was cleaner & decorated a little nicer than most phở places. Service could be friendlier & overpriced for a phở place.

I love the name, but was the phở really unphogettable? No. Sorry. Located in Mekong Plaza inside the supermarket, which can be crazy during the weekend, this is really a great location for a phở restaurant. There are several LCDs for your viewing pleasure. I really loved the painted bamboo murals on the walls and the contrasting taupe wall with some dark red in other areas. The décor here is nice compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to. Very modern-esque. Another plus, is the recess lighting over the tables which adds a better ambiance to the restaurant. I am a fan of modernized restaurants especially Asian ones because back home, I’m accustomed to white walls and non-fancy décor. But even with awesome décor and ambiance, the food was just ok. I’ve had better and I think it’s just gimmicky. Food here is a bit pricier, but I guess that’s what you’re paying for.

After 20+ years of eating Phở and trying every Phở resturaunt between Scottsdale and Tempe, we keep coming back here! The phở is always hot, they use fresh filtered water to make the broth(you can tell in the taste), their vegistibles are fresh with NO small bugs crawling on them(have seen it many of times at other places), and the staff is just so amazing at keeping you water glass filled. Now the best part of all is the Ca Phe Da which taste like a SEE’s Carmel sucker mixed coffee and condensed milk. This is a must try! See you again soon!

Two of us came to this Vietnamese restaurant to grab an early dinner inside the Mekong Plaza. The atmosphere was quiet, casual, and unassuming. The clean, modern interior was horizontally arranged with wall-to-wall paintings and natural lighting coming through the windows. The Nem Nuong Cuon($ 4.95) came with pork sausage, fried bread stick, and fresh veggies wrapped in rice paper. The roll tasted fresh, with the centrality of fatty pork flavors coming through to couple with good textures from the veggies. It was a solid choice, but not the best or the most affordable when value was taken into consideration. The Com Ca Nuong($ 11.25) came with grilled two fillets of tilapia, pickled veggies, a bowl of soup, and steamed rice. The price was too high when compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. The selection of the fish was not the best, and the seasoning was overpowering and salty. Thankfully for the bowl of soup that helped to balance the taste buds. I don’t recommend it. Service was hands-off but attentive and friendly when we needed them. Overall, their prices were higher than most places I have been, and the presentation and quality did not justify the higher mark up. Since many Unilocalers have raved about their phở and other noodle items, I would be interested in coming back and give them another chance.
