Trails At Harris

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The staff is so unprofessional and never help with any of the problems I had in my apartment until i went in there and dragged them to the problem and even then it still wasn’t fixed correctly. They only care about 1 thing, MONEY! My copy of lease and the lease they had on file do not match and they claimed I was making incorrect payments. Now that i moved out, to not only these problems, but many other such as; the toilets do not flush, the a/​c doesn’t work correctly, I had bugs, and my car was broken into not once but twice, and my dishwasher flooded the whole kitchen and I had to wait two days for them to come fix it. There are constantly unsupervised dogs running around and it is so loud all the time. I had to move out suddenly due to my mother being diagnosed with stage 4 breast and ovarian cancer, S I need to move back to where my mother lived so I could help her and they told me that that is not a good enough excuse to leave a lease early and that I will have to pay several fines do to breaking the lease. They are the most uncaring, selfish, and rude staff I have ever come in contact with. I’m shocked they are still in business and people still make the choice to live there.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I can promise you the people who posted the «five star» reviews are not actual residents because this complex is a literal joke. The staff in the office is extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, Shady, ilegitamate, greedy, all they want is your money and for you to shut up. Josephina in the office will promise and say anything to keep you quiet, she’s told an infinite amount of lies that she can’t keep track of. I’m surprised this place has not been shut down. There’s a horrid bug infestation, a ridiculous amount of things that needed to be maintained and replaced by the awful maintenance «crew» aka two random men who can’t stop laughing to one another instead of handle things professionally. I am extremely sad to call this place my home and spend most of my time away because I cannot stand this place. The toilets do not flush, the dishwasher results in extreme leakage, half the outlets don’t work because the wiring is messed up so I am essentially paying for someone else’ power. This place is absolutely horrendous. The staff is extremely fake unless you’re talking money. I suggest looking elsewhere unless you want a headache. The maintenance acts as if your apartment is a hotel and enter without permission. I could go on and on and on about this place but i would rather talk to higher authorities to address these issues.

So here I am writing a review on this place. A few weeks ago there was a shooting in the complex. The managers notified us about it and everything. My problem with this apartment complex is that when ever I submit a work order it takes days to get done. When I finally am able to get to the office about it for the third time the work order is misplaced or doesn’t look like it’s been put in.
I’ve had my door kicked in from a drunk chick who thought she was locked out, and I wasn’t even there! NO one ever came to fix the door– the office manager keeps saying that I’m making the story up — I provided police reports and still have a messed up door. I’m not happy with this apartment complex. I heard they are slowly going bankrupt. My neighbor below me is rude, especially when the man gets drunk. I was tricked into signing a new lease at a higher rate thinking my carpets would be replaced and that I would get an apartment upgrade. Never happened. This place keeps losing maintenance requests and NEVER fixing things. There’s plenty more! Don’t get me started on the roach and bed bug infestations.

I am very happy I chose this place to live! I am single mom who needed an affordable safe place to raise my child and I found it in Trails at Harris. The office staff is amazing here. They hold monthly get together’s to show their appreciation for their residents which are always fantastic and fun. I appreciate the way the grounds are kept so clean making a very inviting environment. There are 2 pools and a park for the kids that is situated in a grassy area. The maintenance staff here is awesome. The response time is quick and work is done efficiently. I looked at probably 30 other places in the area and they did not compare to Trails at Harris. If you are looking in this are do not pass this gem up. The elementary school is also right across the street and it is a great school and so close that all the kids walk to and from together each day. I am so happy I have found such a great place to call home!

I do not like this apartment complex for various reasons… the a/​c unit went out the first month my BF was in this place, the toilets dont flush correctly, it is loud as hell all the time, and someone hit the back of our truck and of course didnt leave a note :/

The best in the west we looked high and low for a place to settled down in Mesh .AZ. after months of looking Trails at Harris has it all Hot tub 34hrs work out room and low rent.
