We were not told that the driver had to pick up another fare on the way to the airport. Then the driver took off before we could get one of our bags out so we had to phone the office to have her sent back. All of this together reduced the time we had to get checked in by 30 minutes. When we called for pick up upon return to PHX, we had to wait for an hour before the driver showed up, and then we had to sit in the van for another 30 minutes while the driver went around the airport in circles waiting for another fare. Be prepared to wait coming and going for 30 to 90 minutes longer than promised. There’s a reason why this service is so cheap.

The reservation process was not as smooth as I would have hoped. I had to play tag a few times and the reservation person wanted me to KNOW where the address I provided was. This surprised me since, obviously, most people taking this service might not be native to the area and this was an address that could easily be mapquested.
That said, we used them anyway because of the other good reviews. The driver was on time, wonderful (no kilt?), friendly and courteous to my whole family. He was diligent in keeping track of his other pickups. We will use them again.

I have used this service quite a few times and finally decided that i wanted to write a review… I think when a service is exceptional people should know about it. Charlie (the scottsman) is a kind and funny man… He is always on time and riding to the airport is a pleasure… The rates are very reasonable and the van is always nice and clean… He even calls the day before to remind you of the pick-​up time. When i return i call the number and he has always been on time to take me home… reliable, fair priced, clean van and a pleasant ride!.. Flying Scotsman has it all. i have tried other services before and none compare… i will remain a loyal customer!

Always on time. So nice and friendly and helpful. Doesn’t make a ton of other stops either. The Scotsman (and he really is Scottish) always gets us where we need to go!

The fare’s are reasonable, and the van was neat and clean. I can’t say enough about how courteous, an attentive they were, not to mention how great the conversation was while in route. They’re on time and even called to remind me the day before I was using their service. I’m slightly disabled and unable to walk very far without considerable pain, they took that into consideration and helped me beyond delivering me to my destination. I really can’t say enough good things about this service, but I know I’ll always use them when traveling again.

I have used airport transport all over the US and I believe Charlie and the Flying Scotsman are the best of ‘em all. He is courteous, helpful, and a very knowledgable driver. And he is always on time. I strongly recommend him!

Great service even if the driver didn’t arrive in a kilt. Whoever stole his summer kilts should return them! Reliable and affordable service. Would definitely use them again.

this is a great service. They are prompt; the vans are clean and well kept. Their price will beat any other company. They know their way around traffic delays and drop you off at the terminal right where you need to be. The most they ever have is two stops per vehicle, so you aren’t sitting in the van while other customers are dropped off or picked up. In the multiples times we have used them we have had the van to ourselves each time. And they don’t charge extra for the jokes! I enjoy spending my money with this company.
