This location feels claustrophobic in size but the employees are super friendly and helped me fast despite being busy. This is how it is done. Thanks for the type of service that made me feel welcomed as a customer. Other locations should take note.

Hello Unilocal! So I have been a long time customer of T-Mobile. Over 6yrs. I just upgraded from by blackberry curve to the nexus5 and I love it! But there has been a weird glitch when I’m in a certain app… So I figured I’d ask about it when I went in to make a payment. Now mind you this isn’t my usual store. But its on my way home. I pull up around 5pm. All the doors are propped open and I see a young kid about 5yrs old. Pointing the orange end of his gun at me… And with his imagination. Blew me to bit’s… Great way to start any experience right? Hm I go inside and a young guy asked if I needed help. I said yes and moved forward. Gave my phone number and proceeded to tell him I needed to pay my bill but also had a few questions about my new phone… I told him that the screen shakes when I use certain apps. But not always and was wondering if there were any known issues with the software for this phone. He stares at me and just asks«can I see». Um it won’t do it on command… He says«oh» and turns away… Then finds interest in my last name(that happens to be an Italian name) and he continues to try and make awkward small talk about him and how much Italian he is… By this point I obviously knew the computer was running slow. But I also feel that instead of him talking about himself. We could have talked about the phone… And its software. I love the company as a whole but this branch individually. Not to great. Uncomfortable… Not very helpful…
