My friend recommended me to go here to get my manicure done and to my surprise this salon is actually not bad! The tech working on me did such a fine job on my nails! Each one of my nails looked absolutely mesmerizing! By far the best services I’ve received from a nail salon! I highly recommend coming here to get your manicure done! You won’t regret it one bit!

Wish I’d looked at the reviews first. UGH! I decided to try it because they said they were organic/​natural. Maybe some products there were, but not all. The gal actually nicked my foot.
I also asked if she could do a flower. She should have said no, because what she gave me is unrecognizable & in odd colors.
Their advertising makes a big deal about complimentary drinks, but nothing was offered to me.
Finally, the massage function on my chair was too powerful — I felt knocked around & was very sore the next day. (Maybe the chair is why she cut me?)
This was NOT a relaxing experience and my feet look strange & don’t feel great.

Beyond disgusted with my experience. When I set up my appointment it was stated that 1.5 hours would be the allotted timeframe needed for a mani/​pedi. The pedi took the full amount of time and I had an appointment shortly after that. Additionally, I stated I wanted the shellac/​gel polish. I picked the two colors a solid aqua with a sparkly topper. The lady I was working with showed me her nails that had the same effect in a different color scheme. The toenails on my right foot turned out several shades darker with more concentration of the top color. I find this to be ironic since the distance between my toes and her eyes was 12 – 24 inches. With my existing appointment after the pedi there was no time for her to correct her faux pas du jour!!! It was an expensive lesson and I will not give them another red cent!

Well from my prior review, I need to retract some of what I said. Phillip is good, but there needs to be a change to staffing. When he is gone there is no one to do good nails. I had someone do my nails a couple of weeks ago, they were awful and on top of that I ended up with a fungus. I will no longer be going to Venus, really unfortunate but there needs to be changes done to the staff.

This is the strangest nail salon I’ve ever been to. When I walked in I noticed a manicurist coughing and sneezing with a client sitting with across from her. I went to the back for a pedicure and noticed a manicurist napping in one of the chairs. The male manicurist who did me didn’t say a word to me the entire time. I got a pedicure with foot massage and he was rather rough – almost painful. He didn’t put anything between my toes when he applied the polish. I was there late in the day and after 5 – 10 minutes he brought me some shop sandals and escorted me to the door at 645 (they close at 7). I won’t be back.

I would not go back here, the older lady has no experience doing nails… The man is ok but is very slow and also lacks in experience … My nails did not look the best, were bumpy, not smooth, and my cuticles were tore up!!! and took about an hour in a half to do!

Typical nail salon décor and ambience. Super overpriced $ 40 for a «basic spa» mani/​pedi. I had trouble finding a nail polish that didn’t appear to be expired (gooey and cracked bottle). The color selection or lack of was horrible. I found the staff pleasant but lacked skill overall. The polish was applied quickly and sloppily. She didn’t file my nails nor she did she asks the length I preferred or shape. Do not waste your time or money here.

Mia is so wonderful and funny I will never go Anywhere else for my nails! She is so friendly and the prices are competitive as well! Plus they do body wraps eyebrow waxing facials! Great service!

We moved to Mesa from Chicago about 6 months ago and have been trying to find a good nail salon ever since. We’ve been to 5 or 6 salons that were just ok, so we never went back and are still on our search. Got mani’s at this place yesterday and it was the WORST! Thank goodness we skipped the pedi’s. My husbands mani was actually painfull! Mine was just inept. They actually did the «hand massage» after I was polished. They took forever and barely did more that poke at my cuticles :(. I’ve never felt the NEED to post s negative review, but honestly don’t waste your time or money here. The search continues…

AWFUL!!! They should create a negative star system just for this place! giving them a one star is an insult to all the awful one star places out there that are doing so much better than this place!!! They cut my nails so short on a manicure that they physically hurt when she was buffing my nails cause I’m a guy I don’t get polish she was buffing not just the Nail but the skin above the nail to the point where the next day I am still sore. And they had the nerve to charge me five dollars more than my wife manicure because I got a buff even though she had a polish which she said hers was the worst manicure she ever had as well but at least they didn’t cut it so short on her that she hurts.

My Mom and I wanted to try this new Nail Salon since it close to home. We walk in and no greeting but asked «What we were here for?» from the room next door. Probably the worst Customer Service I have experienced in a Nail Salon. We then heard from another customer and she had expressed how bad her pedicure looked. After hearing that comment we left to the Salon about a mile away.
