I brought my phone into this location because it was randomly rebooting and shutting off on its own. The lady who took my phone in was nice and polite and gave me a quote of an hour ro look into it. After an hour they brought it to me with a HUGE crack in the screen that wasn’t there when i brought it in. The lady told me her tech told her the crack was why my phone was having the issues. Now the screen won’t come on at all. To get a replacement phone, they want me to pay the insurance deductible for damage they caused. i have had this phone line for over 7 years, and i was with them for 5 years before under a different line. it is nice to know that kind of loyalty means nothiing anymore. It use to.

Some background, I’ve been with Sprint 12 years. I have six phones on a family plan. My average monthly bill is $ 300. I also have the Sprint protection plan on most our phones. My wife’s phone has dead pixels and we took it in for repair under the protection plan. The manager said that the damage was«only cosmetic» and they wouldn’t cover it under the plan. He also went on to say that since this phone was eligible for upgrade, an upgrade was my only option. He tried to push us into pre-ordering the HTCM9(which is out next month). I said no, my wife likes her phone and we wanted it fix. He refused to fix it and basically threw me and my wife out of the store. I called Sprint customer service and told them the story and let them know that I was at point of moving to anew carrier. How we were treated was over the top and unacceptable. Sprint customer service did apologize and asked that we go for a second opinion at a Sprint corporate store, which we did. The phone was in fact covered by the protection plan and is currently being fixed. The Sprint Store by Wireless Experts on the corner of University and Gilbert treated me in a totally unprofessional manner. They were rude, obnoxious and just plain nasty. They refused to honor the protection plan that we’ve been paying for over the past two years. Their idea of customer service is the same way a bull services a cow! Sprint corporate should shut down this third-party store. Bottom line: Avoid this store. In the future I’ll make sure to go to only a Sprint owned stores.

Friendly store. Helpful staff. Manager named Nick waited on us. Nice guy. We had three reasons for coming in, one of which was to upgrade to a new phone. Another was to combine plans. He took time to explain all the options available to us, never once turning into a sleazy salesman. He did not push, nor use a pitch. He was honest and informative.(I liked this guy so much, I was sorry that my plan is not eligible for an upgrade until February. I would love to have given him the sale today.) The store feels smaller than some of the other Sprint stores, but it was not as crowded, which is a good thing.

If you plan to change your wireless carrier to Sprint and you live in this area use this Sprint Store. The young men that work here know what they are doing. They explained everything so that you understood the contract and how to use your new phone. They are real customer service people(helping the customer) making sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. I would like to thank them for all there help.
