I own a rental property in community they managed for over 2 years now and I have no issues or concern with their services so far. Mary especially is very friendly and helpful. They are strict on the HOA rules which in my opinion is what I am paying for. Other seemed ticked off by it, for me it keeps the community in check, nice clean and organized. I had some improvement I needed done, found the forms easy to fill out and got a response within a day. I honestly only have positives from their management services. I am an out of town owner and they always went the extra length to accommodate me. To all the team; Keep up the good work !!

Very unhelpful. Have been rude to prospective buyers calling in to ask questions, to the point of hanging up on them. They are unresponsive regarding maintenance issues including cleaning out drainage during monsoon season. Had to sue them to get repairs made to my unit that, due to cc&r’s, I was not allowed to do myself (wall and ceiling issues) and that were unsafe for living conditions. I don’t recommend them.

My Rating is ZERO not ONE! Unfortunately, it is not an option.
This is by far the most inept and inefficient association I have worked with. Two months ago, I made a request to extend my Mom’s patio, only to be asked for permits now. Should that not have been the first requirement on their list? To boot, the response was literally written in «chicken» scratch, which I had to request for a legible translation.
Do they not have a process in place when a homeowner wants to make modifications? It seems that they «wing» it. Incidentally, good luck in getting a direct name that you can work with the individually. There is a gentleman named Josh, who must send messages back and forth to this secret society of an Association.
I will be more than happy to supply proof of the professional committee’s «chicken» scratch!!!

It is September now, 2 months later, nothing is fixed, called Dustin Snow directly, he keeps telling me (probably 3 times) that he is trying to use the same guy that attempted to «fix» my roof the first time because it was «under warranty.» honestly, i dont care if its under warranty

Our Scottsdale HOA has worked with Mr Dustin Snow for a number of years and I can personally recommend him to any HOA in the Valley that is in need of a highly ethical, honest, straight shooter. When I purchased into this property, the HOA was in disarray and the Management Company that was present just was not the right fit for the size and make up of the property. After interviewing a number of managers, I and the rest of the board members felt Dustin was qualified to assist us in getting back on track with the monthly expenses and balancing the books. Dustin is an extremely knowledgeable professional that has proven himself to be competent, flexible and hard working. His support staff behind him are a delight to work with and you never feel as if you are putting them out when you call them. I would feel comfortable referring Snow Property Services to my fellow Unilocaler’s!
