Horrible customer service! After waiting for 30 min the girl tells me her machine isn’t working, therfore I can’t pay with my debit card. Really? Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. You just lost yourself another unhappy customer.

I have been a regular customer of this location which is closer to where I live and I dont understand for what reason this business keeps changing employees. I got used to one girl who did the best job ever and I love my eyebrows ever thime she does them for me, but last time I was there I found a new girl. This girl (Manal)is soooo anoying, I asked for the other girl and she got upset for the question. She said she was the manager at this location and basically the only person I would be seen and I DID NOT LIKE her at all. I have the monthly membership which I dont use very often and I am going to cancell it because I DO NOT want to see this girl every time I have to do my eyebrows, I really dislike people like her who talks bad of other employees and pretends to be the best one. I do not like the fact that this is like a training station for employees and dont leave someone who knows how to thread brows stable at this location, so I can be sure they are not going to mess up with my eyebrows. Unfortunately, I dont know the name of the girl who was here before but if she is not going to be here anymore, I dont want to continue with my membership and visiting this place. Manal needs to learn how to treat customers and shut her mouth a little bit more. She anoys people
