Bad store/uncooperative management. Tried to exchange items purchased at another location 60 miles away, was told I had to go to that location because they would not have priced the items that way!!!’ How is that my problem? Get on the same page or change your policy! I have asked the other store about their return policy prior to making the purchase, was told that they don’t accept returns but I can exchange the things that don’t fit at ANY store. By the way the items I brought back are brand name and would probably resell within less than 24 hours. I will never go back to that store!

Love this store! I always find the cutest clothes with the tags still on for the best prices. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at this location and am so glad this is an alternative to the goodwill store in that area.

Great store. I’m not sure where the high price reviews are coming from. I bought 4 pairs of shorts for my son and two outfits for my daughter. They were very nice for the price. They were also name brand. The highest priced one was $ 3.99 which, is normal pricing for a thrift store. It was very busy there. I had to smash my cart into some of hanging clothes in order for people to get by. On the flip side, the cashier was very nice. Even one of the employees held the door when I came in and was very polite. Maybe the store hired new people because they were great.

This is more to Savers/Value Village as a corp. I have shopped these stores most of my life. I love the deal hunt and these stores are always full of wonderful old and new treasures. However recently the prices have been bordered on highway robbery. A second hand store should not have jeans for $ 20 or shoes for $ 30 regardless the brand.

Do not go here if you are tan or appear in any way, shape or form to be ethnic.. . The people who work here will behave very maliciously towards you. Or they will give you the cold shoulder, altogether. That is, unless they cut you off mid movement just to block your pathway with their body and shout loudly at you in broken Spanish: «NOMAS, NOMAS, NOMAS!» Because they wrongfully think you are Mexican.(When I replied politely to the hipster with the overgrown beard in fluent English that I was only walking from point A to point B in an effort to find my Mother NOT to browse his @#$%& junk, he and the other employee exchanged awkward glances.) Then said hipster demanded I leave at that very moment because the clock had just struck 8:40 pm and apparently the place closes down STRICTLY at 9:00 pm. I had only a few items in my possession: A couple of books and a knick knack. Which I was willing to hand over my hard earned money for. Until I remembered that I could easily take my business elsewhere and not have to suffer this type of harassment. Do not fund prejudiced stereotyping. These people are just lazy, ignorant and racist. Bottom line? *YOUWOULDBEWAYBETTEROFFTRYINGTHEGOODWILLRIGHTNEXTDOOR.* Goodwill has awesome employees!

I love this store. They have really nice merchandise for very reasonable prices. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I don’t understand why certain people want to pull the race card and claim all of the employees are racist because they definitely are NOT. I think that kind of claim is very ignorant. Please do not let that person deter you from visiting this store.

I donate here all of the time, but this time I actually dropped off something I was not supposed to drop off. Yikes! A week has passed, but I thought I’d give it a shot and see if I could get it back. Josh, one of the guys in the unloading dept., was very helpful. He even talked to the manager for me. Thank you so much Josh!

HUGE well organized thrift store. Prices aren’t too bad, especially for baby clothes and books. You have to really pick through the adult section, but I never leave empty handed. Furniture and big ticket items disappear quickly. Also, a great place to escape the heat in the summer!
