Run don’t walk away from this place! 1300.00 carpet deposit? Really? This was was nice but the carpet is the same low grade carpet used in all apartments. When you ask to change the move in date they raise the rent. Fees at this place are outrageous. Honestly it isn’t that nice. There are nicer complexes. My suggestion is to keep looking!

I have lived here for Lil over 2 years. Love the property its very nice and well took care of. Staff is very personal and friendly. Love Luz from the office and Will the maint guy. Most of my neighbors are very friendly. Its like a happy Lil community. Apartment also always host lots of fun mingling activities. I have not had any problems so far. Love our pool area!
