RT Brown has been our go to guy for the past 12 years, as they are the company who installed our unit when the home was built. A few weeks ago, on June 6th, our A/​C unit crapped out during the night, I called at 7:00 am. The receptionist said that she would have dispatch call when they came in at 8:00, that Monday morning.
I have a handicapped child who cannot tolerate too much heat, seizures or worse can result. I’m breaking out electric fans and wet towels to ready my daughter for the delay in A/​C
8:00 am came and went, 9:00 took forever and then I called back at about 9:15 am. The receptionist said she forgot all about my call but told me that the soonest someone could come by would be next week. Thanks but no thanks.
I called Goettl, just happened to have one of their fliers on the kitchen counter, they were here by 10:00 and had the house cool by noon. Thank you Goettl.

I called RT Browns at 8am for an a/​c issue and at 9:30 am they had a tech out to my house. My a/​c unit is old & I was worried I would be pushed to replace. I have heard horror stories of other a/​c companies taking advantage of an independent female that won’t know any different — RT Browns is NOT that type of company. The knowledgeable technician gave me a list of options from the bare minimum that needed to be done, along with a few other things that would help, or we could look at replacing. Not once did I feel stuck like I had no other options than to replace. I appreciate their honesty & integrity, and I have already spread the word about how they helped. I was given their name by a word of mouth referral & I will continue that process. My old a/​c with a few replaced parts compliments of RT Browns expert handy work is working great!
