Great staff, very polite and helpful. Clean and well organized. The Optometrist was the best! She patiently explained everything in great detail. You could tell she really cares about each patient. She was also very polite and had a very upbeat attitude! Won’t ever go anywhere else!!!

Came back for my yearly exam and still an excellent experience. They contacted me 4 ways(text to confirm, snail mail, email and I think they even called me) to make sure I’m still coming to my appointment. Just like any business time is money. So make sure you confirm! Dr. Tracy is still super awesome and she is a hoot! I actually can wait to come back next year! :P

You’re welcome for complimenting your doctors, however the lack of care for your patients is enough to remind all potential customers to avoid your business. I sincerely hope your doctors take note and hire staff that cares as much about their business as they do. It’s just not acceptable to turn patients away as easily(and with zero care) as the front desk does, when running a few minutes late or for the business’ fault of not receiving an email confirmation.

I started going to Riviera Opticare a few years ago. Dr. Reckell is amazing. Super informative and really cares about you and making sure you walk out with the right prescription. They stay up to date with the latest technology. I no longer gets my eyes dilated but pay a bit more to get computer imaging taken. The in depth additional information is invaluable. Dr Reckell thinks outside the box and gave me a great solution that allows me to wear contacts without bifocals, not only a cost saver but better vision! I spend a lot of time on computers Dr Reckell keeps fine tuning until she finds the optimum prescription. And she has done this at every appointment. I never experienced that level of service before. I also can not say enough good things about all the staff. super friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and help you feel at ease. Go see them if you want better vision, answers to your questions and great service.

Very disappointed, my visually impared son has been a patient for a number of years, and has an exam every year, he was called and text for his appointment time to be at 9:30 am he sees Dr. Tracy(whom we love) since he is visually impared he has to arrange a dial a ride, to and from the location and to work(dial a ride is not a free service) He arrived at the office at 9:30 and was told his appointment was at 9:10 am and he will need to reschedule and also was told he was being seen by another Dr. not Dr Tracy 1. the appointment was confirmed by call and text. 2. for many years of going to this office the wait has sometimes taken over an hour to be seen — we had dismissed the last time when he missed his dial a ride and had to have a family member come to pick him up. so no respect for the patients time. Our last straw was this, we are seeking another Dr– that has an office that is concerned about the Patient and the time and effort it takes — Dr. Tracy is a good Dr. but her staff is not worth the aggervation and lack of concern. thumbs down guys!!!

Very friendly staff! The Doctor was super informative and cleared up all my concerns I’ve had for ages! Finally some answers! They were all super nice and patient while i picked out two pairs of glasses! Good experience!
