Beware if you sell Phoenix life products!
I am a insurance producer.
I wrote a client a nice life insurance policy, he told me to make it effective
30 days from now (big monthly premium, didnt have the funds available immediately)
It gets issued 10 days later.
So after I have the problem straightened out
and he’s a happy camper
30 days comes, they tap his credit card TWICE
the amount of premium.
He wasn’t even due for a premium payment that month.
He says «Im done, cancel the policy»
nice little charge back ($ 1600) that DIDNT have to happen.
if you sell Phoenix life products, their sloppy accounting practices
WILL HAUNT YOU.
NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET AN APP
FROM ME.
