Phoenix Event Rentals

Well, so much to say. This lady, Toni Moreno, was so gracious and helpful when we went to rent for my daughters wedding. All seemed ok until wedding day. She was late to start with. She states a 1 – 4 hour delivery hour (s) but she took it to the last minute. 3 hours before a wedding is unacceptable… we had center pieces to put together. And by this time, hair and makeup was in full process and we couldn’t get any of it done. Also, there was a TON of items that were rented and not delivered. And no refund is being issued. That being said, ladies, if you are planning a wedding and want to rent items, THIS IS NOT THE BUSINESS TO RENT FROM. You will sorely be disappointed. This is a day that should be about the bride, and not the bride worrying or being stressed out over décor not arriving on time, or, as in our case, not at all.
