Health Hazard, Ice maker is not working, Smell of Freon in entire house. Fridge stopped working after 2 weeks… They also own My Sister’s Appliance, read reviews there. Positive 5 stars reviews only written by their Mideastern immigrant friends for both of their companies. Looks like they have Fake American names just to do unethical business. Not sure if «Toni» even exists. Go to Arizona Corporation commission website in case you need real information for small claims court. We paid to have a licensed repair person come and evaluate the Washer and Dryer. It was determined that the Dryer had a bad motor that needs to be replaced and the Washer has a pump going bad. When my wife went back to the store in person as described on their bill of sale they refused to take the items back or give store credit as they said the repair technician may have taken something out or damaged the items. THEYNEVERINTENDEDTOHONORTHEIRAGREEMENTINTHEFIRSTPLACE. These people are common thieves and should not be allowed to screw the public.

I bought a washer and dryer and the washer did not work. They never return your call. voicemail is always full. No warranty. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy anything from there.

Thought I had found a fantastic place to purchase a used washer. Paid cash which is the only thing they take other than check. They said they’d deliver next day in the morning between 10 – 11 am. Called at.11:05 because I had to leave to work in twenty minutes. They had not even left the store. Bad business practice.

If I could give a negative star I would. Wish I had seen these reviews before I plunked down money for a front load washer. I asked about a guarantee and was advised at time of purchase that they are as-is but if it doesn’t work in the first 24 hours they will of course, make it right. Pure BS. I called store within 20 minutes of buying it telling them about problems getting it to START! The power light was on but it doesn’t mean it was functioning. I asked for them to give me my money back because I was within the first 24 hours. The sales clerk said she would call me right back. Delivery guy was 3.5 hours late! Did not hear from her. Called back and spoke to second sales person who offered to call the owner and get back in touch with me. She indicated they might repair or exchange it. She did not call me back. We got the machine to turn on by holding the start button down an extra second. We got an error message saying the Water balance flow needed replacing. I called the owner Tina and she accused me of abusing the machine, «hammering» the delicate buttons. She claims she is not responsible, that I damaged and abused the machine. I told her I didn’t mind dents and scratches but I expected it to work! She told me to go on line to solve my problem operating the machine. She got agitated and was very unprofessional. She hung up on me. I agree with Sean N Completely unethical, irresponsible, borderline criminal shop. Please avoid! I’m adding SCUMOFTHEEARTH.

Shockingly UNETHICAL!!! Stay miles miles away from these people. what happened to me: they only deal with cash, no warranty, drop off defective appliances, dont have tools or parts to instal them, they leave and never answer you again. They ripped me off. I saw an ad for a stove-went to the mesa store they said it was at their pv store. Looked great! In the ad it said great condition. When they delivered it-it had a big crack across the cooktop. I called the owner and asked if I could exchange it because it was cracked. She said no-they don’t guarantee anything. They have an F rating at the BBB and also have other complaints at rip off report. Beware-they only take cash-so you can’t go back on a credit card!

Rip-off operation — please avoid at all costs! I bought a refrigerator from Payless. The sales-woman showed me the refrigerator, plugged in, with a bottle of water in the freezer — frozen — as evidence the refrigerator was working fine. It was a good price, and I needed a fridge fast, so I agreed. Pulled out my credit card«oh, sorry, we take cash only». That should have been a sign for me to walk out. But, the saleswoman was deft«if you can pay cash, we won’t charge sales tax». Which really should have been another indicator that this store is NOT ethical. But, I went along. I noticed the contract did not allow for returns. I stopped«no way, I have to be able to return if it isn’t working — not in 6 months, but I need a day or two…». The saleswoman laughed, «of course we’d resolve the issue if it weren’t working in a day or two!». Naively, I went along with the deal, without demanding anything in writing(yes, I am to blame in this regard). They deliver the fridge. I stock it up. 24 hours later, nothing is frozen. I call the store…“oh, it just takes a couple days to get up and running”. I wait another day. Still nothing frozen. I call again, and am told I will need to discuss with the owner, who is out. I drive to the store, and the saleswoman is visibly nervous when she sees me. She says the owner is out. I say I’ll wait. She calls the owner(in effect tipping the owner off NOT to come by). I eventually get the owner’s cell number, and leave. I call the owner — she rejects any claim there was anything wrong with the fridge — first saying I must have broken it when I installed it. Whoops, they delivered and installed it! After some arguing, she says to call back the next day, and she’ll deal with it. I call the next day, «Sorry, it has been 72 hours since you bought it, there is nothing we can do» states the owner! I call an appliance repairman to come out — he checks it, says the pump is bad! Yes, it runs… and yes, it will freeze water. But, he explains, water freezes at 32 degrees F. Ice cream does not! Not much else does either. A functioning freezer gets down to around 0 degrees Farenheit! Completely unethical, irresponsible, borderline criminal shop. Please avoid!
