Mesa Waste Services Toilet & Shower Rental Co-Op of AZ

We were given a quote for a delivery the next day and placed the order early in the day. We then received a call at 3 pm saying that they did not service the area needed for the quoted price, and they could not deliver as promised. Terrible customer service!

I thought I reviews the wrong place but tv is is the right place.
Faxed them a credit card authorization slip 2 days before my child’s preschool cookout. It said it would be delivered on Friday in the authorization sheet. Friday came, no toliet, Saturday came no toilet. Now I can not get in contact with anyone to see if they’re going to charge me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE.

I placed my order for a toilet three weeks in advance. Not two hours, mind you. Three weeks, because I’m a responsible adult (looking at your review, Heather C). The location where our wedding was taking place was an outside venue with no restroom access after hours. All-​American Waste has THE_​BEST prices for a delivered flushable toilet with a sink. Even though we only needed it on a Saturday (which would cost more in delivery fees), they delivered the unit on a Friday and picked it up on a Monday just to allow me to skip weekend rates. Despite having the unit for four days, I only paid for one. Nice people. Total closed out in a timely manner with no hidden fees. My only complaint is hard to direct, I don’t know who to blame. The unit was unlocked by *someone* and then used prior to our wedding. Whoever this angel of a human being was didn’t even bother to flush after defecating, so thanks, random human. Not planning on ever getting married again, but if we’re ever in the need for a mobile restroom, we’d totally do business with All-​American again.

I’m based in San Francisco. This company, which now calls itself All American Waste Services, exemplifies lousy communication. They run your credit card and you have no idea when the toilet will be delivered. They don’t return phone calls or emails. At least our rep Anthony Pobuda didn’t.
Now I’m VERY concerned about getting the unit picked up and the billing stopped properly when we are done with the unit. I plan to file an update to this review when that time comes…
The unit was actually delivered (no notice) by United Rentals. My recommendation is deal with United, at least if you are in the SF Bay Area. All American? Someone please tell me we haven’t fallen this far as a society.
No need to be poopy even if your business is poop. Try someone else.
