This used to be a great location but lately it has gone downhill. Seems to be a lack of management and owner/​franchisee involvement. Juicer is always broken. Place is dirty and always a new staff that seems untrained.

I am a Jamba regular, though not often at this location. I was greeted coming in the door, which was nice. The location was clean, though not a whole lot of seating available.
The girl at the register was in slow motion. I put in my order of one large and one small smoothie and a wheatgrass shot. I waited 20 frickin’ minutes! I have never waited so long for a smoothie in my life!
There was a very nice kid seemingly running the show by himself, with no help from Slow Poke at the register. He profusely apologized for the wait and made sure I was happy.
I don’t know that this Jamba would be my first choice if I were in the area again. Time is money!

I was not impressed by this Jamba Juice location today. I was greeted as I entered, so that was a plus. It was downhill from there.
There were two employees working. They were very slow and very disorganized. It took forever for them to make the four small juices I ordered. I’m not sure why they were so backed up. Customers were actually leaving the building and then returning later to pick up their small orders.
They could use a couple more tables and chairs in the establishment. The floor could also use a decent cleaning. It was disgusting. The napkin dispenser was empty. This place was just sad.
My kids are still alive after drinking their Jamba Juices, so there’s a second plus!

I came this location because K was hanging with Grandma C at the Heart Hospital a few miles north and needed some fuel. It was about 10 in the morning and there was only one employee visible. He greeted me politely and took my order. Then, he took the order of the 7 people who came in behind me. I didn’t realize how long the line was until I paid and went to sit down and wait for my smoothies. Geeez. Did a bus just stop out front?
Any rate, the smoothies took awhile to make but they were correct and he apologized for the wait. I’m not going to nick this place for being busy but I don’t think it’s fair that I had to wait for him to take all the orders before he even started making them. Thank goodness I was at the front of the line and not the back. Another staff member did come from somewhere and started helping him with all the orders.
Good smoothies, fair pricing, slow service. 3 Stars.

Probably 25% of the time I order here they screw up my smoothie. I don’t mean that they make the wrong shake. I mean that they’ll make the right shake incorrectly. When you’re paying $ 7 for a smoothie they should remember to put all the ingredients and ice in it.

Worst Jamba Juice ever! People working here are horrible. I was standing at front counter waiting forever for someone to come. When he finally came he was on his on his cellphone taking my order. The smoothies were not blended all the way and had chunks. Do not go here! Horrible!

This location has the worst customer service. Walking in no one greets you. When u go to order the person the register doesn’t say hello or any thing. No smile it looks like she’s being held there against her will. Our order took forever to make. Not thrilled about this location. Hopefully the owner can make some changes.

Of all of the chain smoothie shops, we like this one the least. At this location, the service is hit or miss, slow and the smoothies overpriced with ice chunks. The only positives are a few of the flavors and the option of a smaller smoothie side with the ability to «make it light.»

As I have stated in previous reviews, I don’t give out 1 stars unless I see animals in an establishment because I know the people are trying. However, that being said this morning we went was rough for some of the employees as they made some mistakes and their was a customer being difficult. It seemed to be a whirlwind of chaos, which I felt bad for the employees, but that being said if I compare it to other JJ’s I’ve been to, this one is at the bottom of the list due to the atmosphere. Hopefully it gets better and the vibe is a lot more positive, if I end up back I will update if this location improves

Very unimpressed with the management. There is a full lobby of at least 7 parties waiting for drinks for more than 10 minutes while three managers are conducting what seems to be an unprofessional group interview in the corner. They are yelling at customers across the lobby to have a good day and laugh and high five when the customer responds. Very unprofessional. There were only two workers making drinks for awhile until one manager dragged her feet with eyes rolling behind the counter to help with one order before returning to the bogus interview. Props to two workers behind the counter, one was named Haley. They deserve an award for dealing with such poor management.

I love all Jamba Juice. There should be more. This is the closest to my home. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. The wait isn’t long not even when it’s crowded. I come here often and never had a problem.

Great customer service. Employee was very knowledgeable of the ingredients and the effects on the human body; very useful information. Too pricey for an every day drink but nice as a weekly treat. Wish there was more ‘juicing’ menu items/​suggestions with veggies.

Jamba Juice has always been consistent from store to store, until today. First off our smoothies seemed to lack flavor and second, my orange dream machine was full of ice balls at the bottom and my mom’s razzmatazz had chunks of banana… they need to blend their stuff better.

I love Jamba Juice… Just not this one on Power Road. I’ve given the place three tries after they completely botched my order the first time. They never get it right. Plus, the staff here was always super rude.
