Our A/​C stopped pumping cool air Friday and we came home to a 96 degree house. We called ICE and the tech on call was here from Mesa within the hour. Turns out the unit’s capacitator blew, so we had him replace it and clean the coils of the unit as well. The tech was super friendly, gave us some good advice for do-​it-​yourself A/​C maintenance, and was in and out relatively quick. I asked him to explain their pricing because they are middle of the road compared to other companies I researched, and he said they take the average of the highest and lowest, which was helpful. We have a cool house again!
